A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

We had a wonderful stay in Karolos house. Everything was perfect, the house is quiet with a wonderful view on the sea and access to a private dock from which you can enjoy the sea and swim. The house is very well equipped, super clean, and the communication with Karolos was perfect. Looking forward to come back !

Excellent stay in this very nice house. The terrace was very much appreciated, the garden is very well maintained. Quiet and friendly village, beautiful nature. Thank you for your warm welcome and your special touches!

What a nice little town this Villa is situated in. One small street with a souvlaki spot, coffee spot, mini market, walkable rock beach access with free umbrellas if you eat at one of the two restaurants, and less than 30 minutes from Nafplio. Villa Artia was clean with plenty of space and a nice salt water pool. Vasiliki was very responsive with any questions or needs and provided ample information about the area.

If you're looking to relax, decompress and just enjoy the Greek lifestyle this place is for you. The location is amazing, the house is lovely and the patio and garden is so relaxing. On top of that, Ioannis and Katya are wonderful people, so friendly and hospitable.

Very intimate place. It has its own, rare atmosphere. Beautiful view from the wonderful terrace, where you can have breakfast or have a beer or a drink in the evening. A descent to an empty, beautiful beach. Worse with the entrance. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The place exceeded our expectations. It was more beautiful than in the photos . Very clean and spacious we were a family of 5 with 3 teanagers . We drive throughout the Peloponnese region. Very relaxing and gorgeous view and close to amazing bakeries and restaurants and beach in town few minutes away . Close to Nafplio and Hydra island . Korina is superb . She is friendly and always available and helpful . We loved everything about the place . Will definitely come back again .
