A unique loft, an unforgettable landscape!! 25km from the city of Mendoza, on the wine roads, wine-growing area of Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, birthplace of Malbec wine. In its surroundings, there are farms, wineries, and restaurants. Ideal for relaxing, adventure tourism and as a base for excursions to high mountains (30 km), Chacras de Coria (10 km) or Lujan de Cuyo City (5 km). For 2 people or a group of 4, who do not require bedroom privacy. You can get there by taxi, but it's advisable to go by car.

Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.
