It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

“We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house in Casanina. The house is very large, spacious and tastefully decorated, which made our stay very comfortable and cozy. We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! This place is comfortable, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good and clear. The only downside is there is nothing going on in the entire town when it’s off season. We felt like we were the only people in the entire village. However, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just looking for a place to sleep and go out of town during the day.

My partner and I were guests of Germana because he had to run a contest in a nearby location. It turned out to be the ideal place to focus and work, surrounded by tranquility and nature. Although it was days of bad weather, with almost uninterrupted rain and strong wind, the WiFi never left us. In addition, the apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort.

For a stay in Riccione with our cat we turned to the Lungomare Residence and I must say that every expectation was well rewarded, excellent apartment as well as furnishings and attention to detail, excellent cleaning service and the reception staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. We'll be back.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

The house is really nicely decorated and with the garden and large property it was really a very nice place to stay. The private tennis court is also worth a lot. I would recommend anyone who is still considering choosing this property! Nik is super nice and the caretaker Lirim is also really nice! Totally beautiful holiday!

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

A beautiful landscape. The location is unique with panoramic views incl. Sunrise and sunset. And Silke and Luca are the best hosts there are. We were welcomed with open arms and felt immediately comfortable. Both are always responsive. If I'm in the area again, Cal Torello is my first address!

Sara was very welcoming and helpful. My students and I felt right at home.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We really enjoyed the stay at Scarlett’s cozy place. The flat is perfectly equipped for two people and the kitchen had everything one could ask for. The possibility to use the pool, garden and tennis court, directly across the street was greatly appreciated. Forli itself is not that interesting! But it is a perfect location for day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Bologna and many more beautiful and interesting places. Shoutout to Scarlett’s brother that gave us many great tipps for day trips, food etc✌️ Thank you very much we really enjoyed our time Forli!
