I spent 4 days in total relaxation, very comfortable and super clean house. Within walking distance of great restaurants, one of which is recommended by Jacopo who has always been great at problem solving advice. A few steps from the sea, which in my opinion is beautiful this season. We couldn't ask for more.

The place is exactly as described. Amazing location on the sea front and near the city centre. There is a really nice view to the Adriatic sea from the flat. Linda was very responsive during our stay. we definitely recommend the place

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Valentina is a perfect host, very helpful, she responded to every request and question in times that defining as quick is an understatement, the accommodation is perfectly clean, better than in the photos, brand new furnishings, the structure is rich in design and in a very beautiful sea view location, the street under the balconies is a bit noisy but probably because we kept the windows open given the hot days, getting to the third floor by stairs with luggage was a bit tiring but you can't expect too much for a structure that wouldn't have space for an elevator. Overall, everything is more than great, I give 5 stars but it also deserves a sixth.

A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We stayed at this BnB for two nights and had a great time! The property is cozy, super clean, and thoughtful. The room was spacious, perfect for me and my son, with comfortable beds and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return to this beautiful BnB and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay!

We stayed there with our three children in April. Very easy to park and access the apartment. Everything you need to stay is there. The apartment looked bigger in the photos but it is quite spacious and comfortable for a family of five (two nights). The apartment was very clean and modern in terms of amenities. A little tip: improve the coffee machine😊. Host was very responsive and understanding. Thanks!

House a stone's throw from the sea. Clean, fragrant, and very cozy. Private parking is a little tight if you have a suv car. In any case, we were able to park nearby without problems being low season. Attilio is responsive and extremely helpful. We had a great time. I recommend it!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
