I can only report positive things We were nicely received, the handover was quick and straightforward. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient, the location is great and the most important thing worked properly in the apartment. We had the problem one evening that we could not close our hair dryer to the sockets. We were immediately brought an adapter the next morning, which I call helpful, 👍🏻 thank you for the stay.

Our stay in Bellaria was amazing. Cipriano's place is absolutely beautiful, a nice house and a nice garden with lots of spots to relax and everything is decorated with great Italian taste. The location is also ideal to explore other places in the vicinity. The beach is only a few minutes by car, for example. The best thing about this Airbnb, however, is Cipriano himself. He is the perfect host. Communicating with him was super easy as was our arrival. Cipriano welcomed us warmly and instantly made us feel at home. And the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

Mini apartment equipped with all comforts. Beautiful bathroom with a comfortable bathroom and a large shower. Particularly appreciated is the large terrace where you can dine and relax in the fresh air

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

Benini's apartment is spacious, clean and located in a great location: quiet and close to the sea. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful and provide two very comfortable bicycles to reach the sea and get around without having to use the car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Robinia apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful swimming pool area was a delight to come back to after a day's sightseeing and the scenery and views were outstanding. We will return!

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

I have lived here fro 4 months. The apartment is clean, has a lot of beds, the kitchen has all equipment necessary (microwave, plates, coffee machine etc..), two balconies (with good views over Igea Marina and with San Marino visible), the train station is 10 minutes of walk away, the bus stop is about 7 minutes of walk away, the beach is very close, there is a small grocery store right in front of the house and a big grocery store 20 minutes of walk away and a park 10 minutes of walk away. The area is very quiet and safe, not a lot of people during winter.

We (4 adults, one child and one baby) stayed 12 days in the accommodation and loved it from the first second. The first meeting with Michael and his family was very warm and welcoming. This cordiality has permeated the entire vacation. All rooms in our accommodation were extremely clean and very nicely decorated, you felt right at home. The children were very happy about the pool, which we only found out about on the day of arrival. We got a welcome gift, which is not a given. Also, one of us had a birthday during the vacation and he was also given a little something. I could write so much more, but unfortunately there is not enough space. For us, it was the best Airbnb vacation we've ever had. Anyone who has the opportunity to vacation there should take advantage of it. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The dream home if you want to live in a "TUSCANY" style experience!! A villa with swimming pool, nestled in the hills of the Marche Apennines, close to a Renaissance village, perched on the adjacent hill. Exit the freeway 5 minutes by car. The only aspect of the accommodation that is not indicated is the spiral staircase, very steep and narrow; in fact, my father, 88, slept on the ground floor on the sofa bed, but there were no problems whatsoever, also because the only bathroom is on the ground floor. A romantic, quiet and picturesque accommodation, safe even with children, since there are only flowering fields around... Highly recommended!
