Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Sara and Giovanni are extremely lovely and very friendly hosts. With rare kindness, they picked us up at the train station by car and escorted us back. Communication was very easy in French. Accustomed to Airbnb rentals, this apartment is very clearly different from other sanitized apartments with international and standardized decor. This accommodation has a lot of charm and assets and has a beautiful soul like the owners. Very well-equipped, clean, ideally located (close to shops, beach, restaurant and city center) the apartment is very quiet and sleeps very well! We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

Cosy apartment, awesome host, smooth check in, great location.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! We felt at home right after arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the property and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the place again at any time and definitely recommend it!

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is just a few meters away and a mini-market for everyday needs is right outside the front door. It was an absolutely successful vacation on our part.

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. The apartment is located by the sea and is perfect if you want to feel at home. We were there as a family with one child and we didn't miss anything. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and are within a few steps of the beach. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the possibilities to cook for yourself. Marcella is a very warm host, as far as dealing with us is concerned, we can say: perfect! We can't say anything about the pool, as it was unfortunately closed due to construction work. All in all: premium location, great apartment, perfect hosts!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! The apartment delivers what the advertisement promises. It is large, clean, flooded with light and always has a shady balcony space to offer due to the two balconies, depending on the time of day. Sun lovers will also not be shorted on the balconies. Due to the location on the 4th floor, the view is wonderful. It can be easily reached by the in-house elevator. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing short vacation. Even oil, vinegar and spices are there. Also an espresso machine with plenty of capsules. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom for the unprepared vacationer. Even the detergent for the existing washing machine is available. You can park the car in the private courtyard, which is closed with a barrier. The apartment has its own parking space. My conclusion: the apartment is definitely recommended. If I find myself back in Emilia-Romana, I will book this apartment again.

A comfort small flat in a perfect location, highly suggested for couples with 1 kid

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

A very well presented new apartment. The apartment it’s spacious and comfortable with everything one might need available. The beds are super comfy and the linen and towels very clean . Very clean and new shower, ac and wifi . Nice place to chill out equally close to beach, to supermarket and the nightlife (shops, restaurants). The host is extremely helpful, friendly and very responsive and has created an amazing welcoming environment with his place . The location is so quiet considering is so close to all the amenities. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family and most definitely would stay there again.

I stayed with my friends for the Rimini Wellness period, I think the accommodation has an ideal location. Less than 1 km away is the bus stop 8, which takes you to the fair, very convenient! The accommodation is as described, clean and tidy. It has a nice terrace where you can eat and two bedrooms that give an extra sense of privacy. Remember the deposit!!! We didn't read it, due to distraction, but it was mentioned in the description.

Everything was perfect. It's located on the 3rd floor, but it was easy because there was an elevator. We spent 3 days with a large dog, and the view of the sea and the beach was great. I was flustered because there was no air conditioner, but when I opened the window, it was cool and nice because it was very windy. Viserba is a neighborhood with clean streets and good for walks. Every evening, I walked with the puppy for 2 hours, and the walk was more enjoyable thanks to the shops that were open until late in the evening. It was a shame that there was no parking lot in the building, but it was not a problem because the supermarket was close and there was no reason to use the car frequently. I would come back the next time I have a chance.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.
