Lev det enkla livet i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna boende.Välkomna till oss på Glädjens Hus som familjen Lindahl har haft i släktens ägor sedan 1893 då änkan Johanna Lindahl lät bygga detta fantastiska hus med som det då var 3 lägenheter och med ett bra läge nära till hamnen och innerstan. Nu finns där 5 lägenheter helt nyrenoverade med alla bekvämligheter.Husets balkong som ligger på den norra gaveln med morgon sol och kvälls sol har husets gäster tillsammans. Grillen är för gästerna.

Genomgående lägenhet med fönster i alla riktningar, kakelugn, högt i tak och härliga ljusinsläpp från alla rum med stora fönsterpartier. 4 sovrum med plats för 6 personer, arbetsplatser/skrivbord i varje rum. Ytterligare en arbetsplats i ”studion” där även piano finns att tillgå. WiFi och Streaming-kanaler för TV och Musik. Badrum med badkar och dusch samt ytterligare en gästtoalett. Underbar trädgård.

Dusch med golvvärme, varmvatten för 2 p (normal användning). Dubbelsäng 180 cm + 70cm bred extrasäng. Slutstädning ingår. Lakan & handdukar ingår ej, kan hyras. Kaminen på bilden fungerar inte.

Lovely villa by the sea, near Visby.

Dream house right by the sea, 7 km south of Visby. Down by the beach (200 m) is Fridhem's café with homemade treats. 2 km to Kneippbyn with adventure and water park, restaurants, supermarket, concerts, Pippi Longstocking theatre, mini-golf, courts for padel, tennis, football and baskeball. Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing. Visby GK is 21 km away and Tofta Beach 16 km.. NOTE: There is an additional cleaning fee of 185€ that is paid 1 week before check-in.

Från vår moderna och nyrenoverade villa är det endast en kilometer till Visbys centrum, där ni kan promenera runt den 3,5 km långa ringmuren eller vandra genom dess trånga gränder, beundra de medeltida kyrkoruinerna och trappstegshusen eller slå er ner på en av de många uteställena för att avnjuta en lokalt producerad måltid. Men det är också lika enkelt att nå kilometerlånga sandstränder, klättervänliga raukar samt all natur och kultur som Gotland erbjuder.

Elegant och nyproducerad (2020) lägenhet precis intill Söderport. De gotländska materialvalen ger lägenheten dess karaktär. Här utgår ni för att sedan på några minuter vara innanför den uråldriga ringmuren och sedan fortsätta att utforska den gamla anrika staden. På den södervända balkongen njuter ni av såväl morgonkaffet som middagen om ni inte väljer någon av de otaliga restauranger i direkt närhet.

This house, situated within the town wall of medieval Visby on the slopes towards the Baltic sea with wonderful sea-view from the veranda upstairs, was built in 1760 but thoroughly renovated. It has a cosy garden with lots of roses, apple trees and an outdoor grill and eating facilities. The street Skeppargatan is close to the southern town wall and is calm with very little traffic.
