Profitez d'un logement élégant et central à Bellegarde, entièrement équiper en électroménager, linge de maison, TV 140 cm, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, Réfrigérateur Congélateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, fer à repasser etc... Il comprend une chambre avec lit double ou 2 lits simples (à préciser 24h a l'avance) de qualité (matelas Bultex) ainsi qu'à un canapé convertible soit un total de 4 couchages. L'appartement exposé sud (avec balcon), neuf a la décoration est soigné.

Grand T1 bis cosy chez nous

Notre T1 bis est situé au-dessus de notre garage, accolé à notre maison. L'entrée est indépendante, sans vis-à-vis, avec une place de parking à disposition. Nous sommes à Cruseilles, petite ville avec toutes les commodités, à mi-chemin entre Annecy (20 minutes) et Genève (20-30 minutes) et à 5 minutes de l'entrée d'autoroute vous permettant de sillonner facilement le territoire des Savoie. En cas de 2 voyageurs dormant dans 2 couchages séparés, je demande un supplément sur le séjour de 10€.

The apartment is ideally suited for business travelers, diplomats and civil servants working for the UN but is also well suited for students or travelers wishing to spend a comfortable and carefree stay in Geneva.

Our Studio of 25sqm is in a great location, walking distance to Ferney Poterie bus stop (60, 61 and 66) with direct access to the Geneva airport (10min.), Geneva center (Cornavin, 30min), the ILO, WHO and UN (20min). 10 min drive to CERN, the lake and the Versoix forest. Supermarkets and cinemas in front of the residence. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bed (2 pers.), bathtub, washing machine (drying machine at the residence). A common garden is also available.

Gabrielle et Benjamin vous accueillent dans l'ancienne grange de leur maison qu'ils ont aménagé avec soins pour la transformer en un studio lumineux de 27 m2. La décoration est résolument contemporaine et colorée pour la pièce de vie et néo-rétro pour la salle de douche. Le coin cuisine/repas dispose de l'essentiel pour réchauffer ou cuisiner des mets simples. Situé dans le hameau de Ballon qui surplombe la ville, il vous offre calme et confort pour vos séjours de 2 nuits minimum.

Cette cabane perchée, véritable havre de paix au coeur des montagnes du Jura vous apportera un dépaysement total si vous aimez la tranquillité, isolée mais pas trop , le son des clarines et des champs d'oiseaux seront votre réveil matin. Un nid douillet au beau milieu de la forêt. Pourvue d'électricité mais pas d'eau courante, un bon moyen pour apprendre à l'utiliser avec parcimonie, une douche chaude en extérieur est néanmoins possible,
