The stay at Casa Liesy was great! We felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. The amenities were great. We particularly liked Andrea's friendly welcome. The accommodation is located directly on numerous hiking trails and within walking distance of several very good restaurants. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the accommodation!

We had a great time here. The house is spacious and comfortable, and a BBQ in the backyard with a lovely view of the valley was a highlight. We had a car, and driving anywhere in the Rhine or Moselle valleys for sightseeing is quick and easy. A terrific experience.

It was a nice stay in the upper apartment with a beautiful view of the dam. The furniture and furnishings are well pictured, you get what is shown. It was particularly nice to find towels, sheets and the basic equipment for the use of the kitchen and bathroom (hand soap, dishwasher tablets, fresh toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and not have to bring these things yourself.

Daniel was a great host. He explained everything clearly when we arrived, was always available when needed, and respected our privacy. We had an issue with our car, and Daniel kindly allowed us to leave our bikes behind while we returned to Belgium with a rental car during the repairs. We highly recommend his place — it’s conveniently located near Phantasialand, Cologne, and Bonn.

There were four of us with two nights in the apartment. For a family with two kids we found the apartment perfect. It is tastefully decorated, and we found everything very nice and clean. Especially the comfortable beds are to be emphasized positively. In our experience, this is rather rare in vacation rentals. Beautiful view, quiet location. Every now and then you can hear something from the apartment above, but the house is not very clairaudient. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward. The flexible check-in with key box is great! If we are in the area again, we will be happy to book the apartment again.

Super nice apartment, bigger than expected. Everything is nice and clean and complete. Friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful quiet place, but amenities (supermarket etc.) can all be reached within 10 minutes. Our toddler enjoyed themselves on the farm with the go-kart, trampoline and feeding the animals. We also did the treasure hunt, the forest trails were blubbery and sometimes difficult to pass, for us only extra fun and adventurous. But maybe a smaller scavenger hunt on the grounds of the farm itself is also a nice addition for the little ones or those who have difficulty walking.

As already stated in the actual review: a place to feel good with a very friendly landlord who also acts proactively to make everything as pleasant as possible for his tenants. There is also nothing missing and you will find everything as it is presented in the description. The surroundings of the apartment are also very pleasant, nice neighbors, a quiet place and many opportunities to explore the really very nice area.....hiking....cycling etc. I personally would definitely come back if necessary, I can really only recommend this apartment and I would like to thank you very much for everything.... The Woodpecker Lodge is a super nice location for lovers or if you just need a retreat to read a book. In the countryside you really have complete peace and quiet. I especially liked the decor. The only criticism was that we were not allowed to check in until 4 PM but had to leave at 11 AM the next day. I don't think that's appropriate for the price, but otherwise everything is super professional and great.

We had an amazing stay at Rita’s and Hansleo's place! The apartment was spotless with very generous areas. Everything was there, even fruit, we felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. They also have three very shy but curious opacas, ask to see them! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!
