Vacation rentals with lake access in Vir

We stayed with two couples for 10 days at Villa Sullago. We enjoyed it really very much. The villa was clean and very modernly furnished, exactly according to our expectations. The pool was huge, and there were plenty of sunbathing options. Umbrellas for the shade were also available in sufficient numbers. Barbara and Marko are really very nice, loving and accommodating people. We always had the opportunity to contact them with questions and always received a quick response. We are very happy that we chose this villa and can only recommend it – and of course Barbara and Marko. Thank you so much for making our vacation so perfect!

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to fully enjoy the time. The hosts were quick to respond to our requests. Communication went very pleasantly. The house itself had a modern and personal charm – it was super equipped, clean and left nothing to be desired. Self check-in/out was also very easy. A highlight was the large terrace. It was nicely and modernly designed and offered enough space for our group of 6 people. Also the barbecue on the terrace was great The proximity to the water was unbeatable! In less than a minute you are at the beach However, for everyday activities (e.g. shopping), a car is recommended. In summary, we can say that we had a wonderful time at the Ahoi house. Everything was clean, well equipped and lovingly designed. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay memorable. We are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back!

A very well-kept little cottage ideal for a holiday with a dog. The location is very central, a few meters from the beach. We enjoyed the holiday very much. Always worth a trip.

The vacation was really very nice! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was very modern, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped with cooking utensils, four hotplates, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Only the cutlery was a bit scarce for six (we had to wash up after every meal). You could eat well outside on the balcony and also the living room was nicely decorated. The two bathrooms were also very modernly furnished with rain shower and mirrors with light. In the bedrooms there was a ceiling fan. The hosts were also really very friendly and answered all questions within a short time. Overall it was a nice vacation and we can only recommend the accommodation!

It was the perfect place to stay for our two families. The kids had plenty to do with the pool, basketball and petanque, and the garden has lots of room for play. The house is ideal: clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marko's lovely Mother gave us fresh eggs, her own olive oil and even baked us some pastries and bread. The setting is beautiful, a slice of rural Dalmatia with farming activities going on all around. The area is rich in wildlife and our April visit was peak time for spring birdsong and wildflowers. We even saw tortoises in the hills behind the house, and wild orchids. Vrana Lake is a short drive away, and there are many hiking trails near the house. Supermarkets are available in Pakostane and Biograd, and Zadar and Split/Trogir are an hour's drive. The stunning coast with secluded beaches in within 30 mins. We loved Murter especially. Marko was a great host - always available and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were very sad to leave! Hvala!

From start to finish this has been an amazing experience, the property is by far the best we have ever stayed at the location is incredible nd the hosts are everything you could ever wish for to make your holiday a special occasion

The apartment was very clean and wonderful. It has a big swimming pool what is also very clean. Marina and her husband were very friendly and helpful, they give us sandy beach tips for us. The holiday was great.

My partner and I were in Croatia for 2-3 days at short notice. Communication with Mateja was quick and easy. The apartment is large, clean and new. The sofa bed was super comfortable and cozy. We will be happy to come back! Thank you :)

We spent 2 nights at the place and it was great. The apartment is just great, very well decorated and very clean. We were 2 adults and 1 children and we had ample space. Luka answered our questions very quickly. I recommend it 1000%.

Accommodation in a good place, fresh pastries a few meters from the apartment every morning. The host was very kind and very accommodating.

The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished and the two of us felt very comfortable. The view from the terrace over the sea to the opposite island of Pag is outstanding - wonderful sunsets! The ferry to Pag was right in the village, further below - the crossing is very worthwhile. Prizna is a small, extremely quiet village. Good starting point to explore North Dalmatia (Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica Gorge, Velebit Mountains, Pag and Rab Islands, Zadar, etc.). Communication with Jens and Lida was warm, quick and straightforward and they had nice tips ready for us.

Wonderful location and host! Inceedible value for money with a private driveway and house on a sought after bit of Vir coastline. Water so close you dont even need to put on shoes. And zrinka very kind and helpful -even lent us a phone charger when ours died! Thank you!

A big favorite for this family and this apartment. I was really sad to leave. We were welcomed like a mom with her kids. everything is well equipped, clean. A great welcome at the door with arrival gifts. Excellent wifi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, a large shower, free parking and air conditioning which was vital during the summer. My eldest said wow this is luxury😂. In short, I shared the address on the networks because it was really nice. We are 10 minutes from Skradin, we stayed 5 days (visit to Krka, Split, Trogir, swimming in Lake Skradin, Primošten, Šibenik...). We were in peace. Everything was perfect!!!! Every time we needed something, we had it right away, it was amazing. You will remain the best memory of my vacation for this first one in Croatia. ❤️❤️❤️

Very nice apartment with a splendid view of the Kornati Islands. Functional, comfortable, and full of charm. It was a pleasure to enjoy the hot tub on the rooftop terrace. We were able to shine all over Dalmatia. Thanks to Anneliese for her kindness.

We had a lovely stay at Brankas cute little Beach House! Super beautiful surrounding, nice view and dreamy sunsets. Branka was super nice and helpful. Luka and his parents were very accommodating and always helpful. The communication was great and they were always available and there immediately when you needed them. There was homemade honey and fresh figs as a welcome greeting, as well as a very good, homemade wine. In addition, bottles of water were cooled, so right upon arrival what has fresh to drink, you are very welcome in the heat. Thank you very much for the hospitality for the constant helpfulness. We are more than happy to recommend it.

Pleasant quiet stay in the countryside, not far from the highway. Easy to access. Spacious accommodation, well-equipped, comfortable. I have a good memory of my vacation in this area of Croatia.

A perfect vacation spot! The vacation home with its breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding olive trees was simply fantastic. The relaxed atmosphere immediately made us forget the stress of everyday life. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Together with our friends, we had an unforgettable time. Thanks for everything!
