This exceptional house is located in a dead-end street of a quiet tourist resort in the city of Pula. It is 900 m away from the sea. The first main beach of Verudela, excellent only 3 minutes drive. Cafe 20 meters and shop 100 m from the house. The house is extremely comfortable and stylishly decorated and adapted to the modern way of life. It is available for 14 people +2 extra beds. The interior space occupies 500 square meters and 2000 square meters of natural plot that provides an additional atmosphere. The lawn has football goals, a trampoline, a swing and a fireplace. On the ground floor of the building there is a spacious living area with a kitchen and a dining room of modern lines with an exit to a large terrace of 100 square meters where there is garden furniture and a pavilion. Also on the ground floor there is a wellness from which there is a view of the pool, terraces and greenery through large glass walls. The pool is 48 square meters in size, of which part is for children with a depth of 0.5 m and for adults with a depth of 1.5 square meters and has a hydromassage. The activity space extends through the entire basement of the house, and there is also an additional kitchen and a fireplace that completes the experience. In the basement there is also a garage with 2 parking spaces and 6 bicycles for riding around the city, while the fully fenced plot offers another 4 parking spaces. On the first floor of the house there is a study, 4 rooms with bathrooms, each room with access to the terrace and 1 room in the attic. The house is air-conditioned and all rooms have central heating. In addition to the internal staircase, the floors are interconnected by an elevator. Large covered terraces are another special feature of this property. The house is located near the marina, but also all other interesting facilities as well as the center of ancient Pula, which abounds in cultural and historical sights.
