We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean, well-equipped and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The outdoor area with the pool and garden is lovely, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed. One small thing to note: one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room, which might not be ideal for every group setup. But for us, it worked out just fine. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

We wanted a functional Villa with great facilities for our family of 5, with a pool and that’s exactly what we got. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The local restaurant recommendations were excellent. Two good mini-marts within easy walking distance if you run out of drinks or snacks. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We had a wonderful holiday at Dubravka's place. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained exactly. The house is in a great location for excursions to Pula and surroundings. But it can also be endured wonderfully by the pool. A very clean and well maintained home.

I stayed at Pol's place with two other families. We were a group of 5 adults and 7 children. Pol's property lends itself excellently to offer tranquility and play spaces for children. The property's land is spread over terraced levels. Each terrace offers the opportunity to comfortably sit, lie down, and relax. An aperitif under the olive trees where you can enjoy the last sun of the day, under us, in plain sight, our children who still have the strength to play in the pool. The rustic accommodation, furnished with simple taste, has every comfort and is equipped with everything. The house has distinct residential units where you can stay without invading the privacy of others. Our Host, Josip, was nothing short of special! Attentive to our every request, equipped with a special kindness, he was able to make us feel immediately at ease. Great stay, above expectations. Satisfied!

What a little paradise in Istria 😍 A great house with everything you need. We have 3 teenagers and a dwarf poodle. The house offers enough space and is not at all noisy. It is very stylish and was also very clean upon our arrival. The large garden is fantastic. At any time of the day you will find enough shade from trees or the walls of the house. The pool is an ideal size and there was also enough room for all of us. It also has a great and above all very comfortable lounge. The 15-minute drive to Rovinj didn't bother us at all. So we could explore a different beautiful beach every day and were happy to return to the quiet Kurilli. It was a perfect first vacation in Croatia for us and certainly not the last. We can only warmly recommend this place!

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We have had a great stay, we used a rental car to get around Croatia and to Italy. Short distance to Pula and to everything you need. The house was very neat and tidy, good service and easy to communicate with the landlord's representatives.

We enjoyed our holiday in the 2 houses of Josip! The houses are in a perfect condition and have everything you need. The 4 sleepingrooms (plus 2 additional sofas) with 4 bathrooms and 1 additional WC (per house) are very comfortable. Josip is a very helpful and fast responding host - 5 stars without any additional comments!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

we spent a family vacation in Elvis' villa (two adults and three children) and we had a great time, the description and photos correspond to what we found, Elvis and his wife were very nice and helpful, we recommend both the villa and the area.

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends! The house is great and everything went smoothly. The beach was 15 minutes by car, as was the town of Pula for a day trip. We can only recommend it.

The vacation home is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly impressed by the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly it took a while until it was a little warm) – ideal for relaxing, no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you are looking for peace, comfort and a bit of luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house with a large garden and pool. As described. The rooms are nice, have a wardrobe, toilet and shower. The living room and kitchen are spacious and functional. The view from the outside is stunning. The house has an outdoor table, with plancha and sink. All covered, perfect for dining. Host is responsive, and provides us with recommendations. A perfect stay!
