Un logement exceptionnel au milieu de la nature. L’endroit est très ressourçant et calme. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que l’on se sente à la maison! Marlieke prend soin de ses hôtes: à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur était rempli de fruits, de jus de fruits, de beurre, de confiture, de lait, d’œufs frais ainsi que du pain. Quelques épices, huile et café complètent l’assortiment. Sans oublier les glaces pour les enfants! La salle de bains comporte une douche et une baignoire et les linges de bain sont fournis. Les lits sont déjà prêts et d’une propreté remarquable comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Marlieke est toujours disponible si besoin même si tout est organisé afin d’être autonome (visites à faire, magasins à proximité, transports, restaurants etc). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Un grand merci à Marlieke et sa famille.

Heerlijk huisje voor een weekje weg met onze peuter. Mooi rustig park en bosrijke omgeving. De tuin van het huisje biedt allerlei leuke speelplaatsen voor kinderen waardoor je als ouder lekker rustig kan zitten.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Das Bed & Wellness war sehr gemütlich, wunderbar im Grünen gelegen und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben sowohl die Sauna als auch die Lagerfeuerstelle draußen genutzt und dies sehr genossen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Lage ist wirklich toll und man konnte die Natur und die Ruhe genießen. Zudem ist Peter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Daher: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub im gemütlichen Ambiente im Grünen sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Het huisje is op een kleinschalig groen park, waar je goed terecht kan met je hond. Sterker nog het was het Pinksterweekend en ik heb nog nooit zoveel honden gezien. Allemaal keurig aan de lijn en alleen maar vriendelijke honden. Met een paar minuten lopen zit je in het bos, waar - op sommige plekken - de hond ook van de lijn afmag. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het huisje is comfortabel, het bed ligt goed en ook op een fijn plekje waar je geen inkijk hebt. Communicatie met de gastvrouw, Jacq , is perfect. Ze reageert meteen op welke vraag dan ook. Dank voor de fijne dagen.

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Frederikas Ferienhaus. Es war ruhig, idyllisch und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen (vorallem auch für unseren Hund). Friederike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin :) Sie war sehr sympathisch und hat uns herzlichst Empfangen. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv weiter und freuen uns auf das nächste mal :)

Das Haus liegt idyllisch auf einem Inselstreifen und ist mit dem Boot zu erreichen. Bas hat uns unkompliziert und entspannt in Alles eingeführt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus

Brand new place and great host! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and the host was super kind and responsive. Just note the second bedroom upstairs has a very narrow staircase, which can be tricky.

We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Anne’s place. It was clean, airy and beautiful. It was also quiet but yet easily accessible. We found it a good location to visit both Amsterdam or Utrecht. We had ample space and everything we needed was there. The kids especially loved the playground opposite. Highly recommend!

Die Lage und das Haus selbst sind wunderbar. Es ist ein besonderer Ort. Die Fahrten mit dem Boot haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Es war auch ideal für unsere Hunde.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Airbnb! Das Haus war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Aussicht aufs Wasser, das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Auch kleine Extras wie ein Willkommensgruß und lokale Tipps waren eine schöne Überraschung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est à la fois assez loin d'Amsterdam pour être au calme mais pas trop loin pour pouvoir si rendre facilement (environ 10 min de voiture + 10-15 min de métro).

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and everything was working perfectly. The location is great, close to local bars and restaurants, and also close to the beautiful dome of Utrecht. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Mädels-Wochenende in der Unterkunft! Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Wohnbereich, in dem wir abends lange zusammensitzen konnten. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Host war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

Konumunu bulması kolay oldu. Fazlasıyla sakin bir mahalle, evin etrafı da dolanmaya elverişli. İlk deneyimimiz için güzel bir başlangıç oldu.

Albert hast sich sehr sehr viel Mühe bei dem Haus gegeben, was man auch sehen konnte. Er war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat immer schnell geantwortet falls etwas war und es war alles da was man braucht!

Anna et Ruud sont des hôtes très attentifs et bienveillants. Ils sont accueillants et veillent au bien être de leurs locataires. La maison est superbe, décorée avec goût. La vue sur la rivière est splendide. Admirer les couchers de soleils depuis la maison ou la petite terrasse au bord de l'eau en prenant l'apéritif est exceptionnel. La literie est très confortable, il y a des moustiquaires dans les chambres, permettant d'ouvrir sans difficulté les fenêtres la nuit. La cuisine et la buanderie sont très bien équipées. L'endroit est très calme au milieu de la nature et des animaux. Vous n'êtes pas loin des parkings P+R d'Amsterdam, ainsi que de plusieurs autres jolies villes alentours. Anna vous indique plein d'informations dans un classeur. Les supermarchés sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, on roule doucement et on profite ;-) L'accès à la maison avec une boîte à clés est très pratique. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Anna et Ruud et les remercions pour leur accueil.

She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and even took the time to share local recommendations and places to explore in the area, which made our trip even more special. Her kindness and warmth really stood out—she’s the kind of host who makes you feel right at home. Overall, a super lovely experience. Would absolutely stay again!

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die Lage ist traumhaft! das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. besonders war vor allem, dass Ingrid und Robert so gut erreichbar waren. leider war das Haus Recht verstaubt.. Ingrid schien darüber auch sehr verärgert, dass die Reinigungsfirma schlecht geputzt hatte und zeigte sich kulant. uns hat es dennoch sehr gut gefallen! besonders der Außenbereich und die Sauna sind traumhaft!!!

L'appartamento di Ireen è stupendo, dotato di tutto e di una pulizia impeccabile. Vicinissimo al meraviglioso castello di Haar e a 20 minuti di auto, dalla bella Utrecht. Ireen è molto ospitale e disponibile a darti qualsiasi consiglio. Mi sono sentita come a casa. Consigliatissimo.
