We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

The house is very beautiful, well maintained, pleasant decoration, extremely clean, large and fenced terrain that is great for those who have pets, indoor parking, quiet street, gated community with security. The pool is well maintained, beautiful view, good lighting. My two little dogs ran and had a lot of fun. Cristiane was very attentive and kind. One of the best homes we've ever stayed in. My family loved the stay.

Excellent place to spend calm and peaceful days in contact with nature. The hosts Glaucia and Luis supported us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, serving us with kindness and respect. The house we rented was also delightful, with a view of the lake and quiet. I loved the experience and will recommend it to other acquaintances!

The accommodation is on a quiet street and close to supermarkets, a bakery and shops. The house is very cozy and the host Carlos Einar was very friendly, proactive and answered my questions quickly.

The leisure space is really very good, complete and spacious, as well as in the photos. José and his wife are very attentive and contact with them was very easy whenever we need it.

Wonderful space, cozy and very comfortable. Durval (host) was super responsive and communicative, gave us directions and was super proactive about any questions about the house. The caretaker Edimilson is a very good person, he helped us a lot too. The space really caught my eye and I'll rent it again.

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

The space offered by Thereza is certainly one of the best that can be offered in Itu, due to its location in the historic center near tourist spots; the space is comfortable and spacious because it is an apartment in an old building, we felt like we were in a house in an apartment!; and without a doubt, Thereza's attention was incredible! We are sure that we will always return to Itu and stay in the same place 😁

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

Hi, I would like to thank Prisciely and our stay. We stayed for a short time, but the quick return and your attention were very important. Very well-maintained apartment, with a lot of care, well-equipped, modern, very clean, affectionate messages and very pleasant. The simple condominium in a building with several blocks and stairs but great access by app that we requested, especially for those who would like to stay near the airport. Only when we left, we were more attentive because there is no doorman and we were outside waiting for Uber and we did not know the area but Uber arrived soon.
