We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Host Ricardo was very friendly, waited for us at the door and even helped carry a heavy suitcase, as I had an injury. Your apartment is impeccable, great beds, huge smart TV, kitchen with everything and a beautiful sunset from your window. And there's no noise, in other words, great sleep guaranteed. Condominium with a court, great for children, and a swimming pool. There's a mini market to solve that hassle of something we ended up forgetting. As for the nearby markets, there is a Carrefour nearby, but Galassi is really good, which also has great ready-to-eat hot foods. The condominium is a five-minute drive to the friendly city of Valinhos.

We loved the stay! My husband and I had a wonderful 4 days. The house is simple but very cozy. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable double room, great bed and waking up with the birds is lovely! Good internet and television with good streaming. The land is fully fenced, our dogs had fun and we relaxed. The area where The pool is at a level above the house and has a delightful lawn. Great road and access for those coming from São Paulo. We'll be back!

I spent great days in the house, found everything clean, everything working, served my purposes by being located near my son's apartment. The street is very quiet and as soon as we learned to drive there, it was very easy and fast. Yara was very quick in the answers and very kind to let me know that water could be lacking. We kindly provided our entrance to the house from 6:00 am, just after we left the airport. I'll come back again if I get the chance. I recommend you stay.
