This place is a gem. Easy for a 29 seater car to drop off and Phuong also provided parking for the days we stayed. The place is really clean and easy to find. Lots of local restaurants nearby. There’s a really good seafood walking distance away called Thanh Suong 2 for fresh live seafood. There were cold bottles of water in the fridge when we checked in. The AC in the living room was on as well. The bathrooms were cleaned and had all of the amenities we needed. The host and her brother is always responsive whenever I had a question since I’m visiting from the US and not familiar with Nha Trang. I’d definitely stay here again. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it.

I would like to give Ninh and Soun a thousand stars , however this site only allows you to give them five. As a solo traveller I felt straight at home staying with these 'salt of the earth' interesting, funny, beautiful people. Their home is a traditional Vietnamese house. It has a wonderful view of both sea and mountains from the 9th floor large rooftop patio. Each apartment within the house is one large room with bed, dinning, kitchen and seperate bathroom. All furnished in traditional style furniture ,beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Lovely and quiet to sleep at night as it's tucked away in a quiet laneway. Location 10/10 walk 3 mins to beach and 30 secs to shops/restaurants. Nirvana

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

Casa Blanca Villa was the perfect escape for our family of 10, including kids. The spacious, stylish bedrooms and breathtaking infinity pool overlooking the Nha Trang coast made every moment feel like a dream. We spent our days lounging by the pool, grilling at the BBQ, and soaking up the views. Mornings started right with a delicious breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. Special shoutout to Le—an exceptional host who was always a step ahead, making sure everything was just right. A truly unforgettable stay!

Отличная квартира, расположенная над торговым центром, внизу — большой, хорошо оснащённый супермаркет. Центр города находится в пешей доступности. Кухня была хорошо оборудована: рисоварка, кастрюли, сковородки, чайник — всё необходимое. Приятным дополнением стали стиральная и сушильная машины. Мы читали отзывы о лифте, но лично мы ждали его не более одной минуты. Единственный минус для нас — матрас был очень жёсткий. —— Excellent apartment located above a shopping center with a large, well-stocked supermarket below. The city center is within walking distance. The kitchen was well-equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, and a kettle—everything necessary. A nice addition was the presence of both a washing machine and a dryer. We had read reviews about the elevator, but personally, we never waited more than a minute. The only downside for us was that the mattress was extremely hard.

The building entrance features large double doors framed by decorative metalwork. Surrounding the entrance are potted plants and a well-maintained sidewalk, with outdoor seating available nearby. Soft lighting illuminates the space, creating a welcoming appeal as night falls.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to get good rest here and the wifi was strong enough for me to get school work done. The AC worked great. We rented a motorbike through Linh and it was a nice bike and easy process.
