Amazing location and great host....

I used it for a family of 5 with Nha Trang. Since it was a self check-in method, it was comfortable to be able to check in at any time, and the condition of the room was also good. There was an issue with the lack of a light in the bathroom on the first day and a wifi issue, but the quick response and proper response from the host Tra solved all the issues that evening. It was a hassle to wash and use towels, but the host provided enough towels, so there was no inconvenience. When I checked in, I found a small ant in the fridge, but it wasn't a big problem. I rested well for 4 nights I rested.

Great stay! Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Stunning views over the city. Close to everything: beach, restaurants, bars... The host is responsive and accommodating, I recommend for any stay in Nha Trang.

The apartment has a magnificent sea view, has a lot of spaces and the building is quite new. The host is very responsive and responsible. Technology equipments work well and new. However, the bathroom, the blanket in the bedroom and the front door has an unpleasant smell (I guess due to moisture). The floor feels a bit crusty and sandy when we first checked-in. Other than that, my staying was pleasant :)

The place was great. It's not city center but feels like living with local people. neighbor is quiet. I enjoy swimming in the pool on 31st floor. Love the restaurant at the cornor 'thuy ha(?)' has tons of menu and small squid was good! overall it was worth staying outside of city center

I stayed for about 6 weeks In fact, on the first day, I couldn't sleep well because of the ants, the sound of chickens, and the sound of dogs barking, but they gave me a strong F-Killer right away because of the ants. It was so nice, they were kind, and if I had any questions, they answered me right away. If I come with Nha again, I'm going to stay here. Thanks to you, I had a very pleasant and happy trip.

We loved our stay in Steve’s condo! The view was breathtaking and the location could not have been better. We stayed there for 30 days and we would have loved to stay longer. I highly recommend this apartment!

fantastic location and very responsive host

Definitely recommend this stay if you are okay staying slightly far off the main nha trang attractions. Everything is a 15 minutes scooter ride away. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has its own paid parking. I would say that mattress was not upto my requirement but it was doable. I would recommend a stay here.

The room is good, fully corresponds to the photos. Well cleaned, clean dishes and linens. All the appliances work. The host Steve was very kind, allowed us to see the place in advance so we could make sure it was the same as the listing on the site. The floor is high, good view from the balcony. There are many high-speed elevators in the building, all worked, there were no queues. Recommended. Convenient location and the beach is good.

Check-in is a bit of a hassle. The first floor staff was just an apartment staff, so I was sorry to ask for a phone call. The hotel was nice. It was so good that I wanted to stay again. There are many beer houses nearby, and there are grocery stores and the sea, so it's great to play. There are a lot of foreigners. It's the best when you consider the value for the money.

An excellent stay in this apartment in Nha Trang!! The apartment is large, very clean and has all the necessary equipment. Its location just minutes from the beach, but away from the hustle and bustle is ideal. Communication with Anna was very friendly and efficient. The views of the bay are spectacular from everywhere. It's fantastic value for money. The whole family loved it, we highly recommend it!

I recommend waking up with the sun at 5 AM, then just crossing the street in flip-flops and going straight for a swim in the ocean at sunrise.

Very central location for restaurants, etc.There are frequent events at the nearby plaza to watch from the balcony, but you have to be ready for the music they play.

Very nice place, view of beach in all rooms. Place is in the middle of every thing, within walking distances.

The apartment is new, clean, the direction is not directly sunny so it is not hot

However, the neighborhood can get noisy at times, though I had no trouble sleeping. The only notable downside was the hot water situation—the shower was consistently lukewarm, which could be a minor inconvenience. Overall, this stylish and well-located apartment is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort and accessibility, especially for extended stays. Highly recommend!

Anh is a super host and very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for me and my family of 10. Located right in front of the beach and close to many great restaurants. My favorite place to stay in Nha Trang and will hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommended.
