This cottage is in a farmhouse, with no overlook. The 4x8 m heated pool will be private from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 8 p.m. and can be shared with us at other times

We hope you will be seduced by the volumes and spaces of Domaine Pechuber. The house and its park call for good times shared with family or friends, and also allow you to isolate yourself and take time for yourself. A large inner courtyard, partly protected by a courtyard, is ideal for outdoor dining. The swimming pool and fenced park of more than 20,000m², composed of meadows and forests, are at the free (and unique) disposal of the occupants, large and small.

Ideally located in a quiet area, you will be a few minutes walk to the village of Vinezac. Close to the "Via Ardèche": large bike path of southern Ardèche, a shopping center (bakery/local products/vegetables/wine cellar) The stone house with a renovated interior has a covered terrace, garden and private pool not overlooked, in the heart of an olive grove. This place is perfect for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends.

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).

Small outbuilding adjoining our house, the entrance is independent with a gate and small secure parking. Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
