Great stay, the house was very spacious, and even more beautiful in real life! Everything is well thought out for the comfort of visitors. My family and I would 100% recommend this listing!

We had a great week at Anne's place! The cottage is very nice, spacious and nicely decorated. Exactly like the pictures. You have a fantastic view and you have a lot of privacy as a guest. The village of Ribes is beautiful and small, and the surroundings are also beautiful. The contact with Anne was very good. We would definitely like to come back!

I recommend it without hesitating! Incredibly large accommodation, an equally large and beautiful outdoor area! What a joy to have been able to spend our vacation here, our most beautiful vacation home compared to everything we have rented in the past! We stayed 9 for a big weekend for an EVJF. The accommodation is divided into 2 apartments. The living room, large terrace and outdoor areas create spaces for everyone to be together. We enjoyed the calm, the view, the pool, the welcome and the flexibility of the schedules. In short, a very nice place to spend time with friends and family.

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation, like stepping into paradise. Last bit of the road unpaved, probably not suitable for a low slung sports car But we managed easily with our over packed family car. Gaelle is a superb host, extremely attentive.

The accommodation is impeccable and very well furnished. Jocelyne was kind enough to lend us her high chair, which was very useful to us. You can hear the road a little from the terrace but otherwise it's the perfect place to stay.

Great stay in Ardèche – I recommend it! We had a great time at this cottage. The hosts were really lovely, very kind and welcoming, which made our arrival and stay very enjoyable. Property is beautiful, spacious, practical and above all very comfortable. The exterior is also a real plus: nice setting, swimming pool, deckchairs… perfect for enjoying the beautiful days in peace. The cottage is well located for visiting the Ardèche and discovering the region. A great place that I recommend without hesitation!

We spent a wonderful week with our two children in the cottage. The garden with the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor shower are particularly worth mentioning. Likewise, the wonderful view and the cute little village! Communication was also great; when we had a few questions, they were answered immediately and helpfully! Thank you very much :)

We really enjoyed staying with Laëtitia and Kevin. They are super nice hosts, very communicative, discreet and yet involved. Nice tips for excursions and restaurants. Charming place to come home to the cozy pool, beautiful terrace and beautiful surroundings. Recommended!

This house is very nice, you can find tranquility while having shops 15-20 min away by car. Cécile was attentive and very kind. We will be back with pleasure in this charming house and beautiful area.

We had a great time at Laure's in Ardèche. The place was very clean and as described. The host is available and welcoming, no complaints, everything was very good on this short stay.

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Very nice accommodation with everything we needed and special touches like coffee, dishwasher pods...). Very clean, impeccable bedding. Located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Christine and Franck have good tips and are very responsive. I recommend this place!!

We had a great time at Myriam and Yves's place. Everything was perfect. Already the welcome: they are both adorable, very caring. The house they renovated themselves is exceptional. Both very isolated, in a remarkable setting, and very functional. There was really nothing missing. We were able to hike from the cottage. We highly recommend this cottage. A big thank you to Myriam and Yves for all the attention and also for the strawberry jam.

We were delighted with our stay in this charming cottage, where the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding landscapes immediately won us over. The location is ideal for exploring nearby hiking trails. The cottage is perfectly equipped, with a functional kitchen and very comfortable bedding, which made our stay all the more pleasant. Although Aurelia was not present on site, she was extremely responsive and available by phone, always ready to give us valuable advice on local activities. We felt at home, in a peaceful and welcoming setting. An experience that we highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind in an idyllic setting.

We had a great time at Pierre's in Aubenas. The accommodation had a good starting point for everything worth seeing around the Ardèche (+-40 minutes) The pool and Pierre's dog Orcan were the highlight for our children. In the evening, we could enjoy the tranquility on the terrace while our children had fun in the pool. (From the terrace direct view of the fenced pool) The house was spacious, had everything as described, the air conditioning was great and the wifi worked well.

We had a pleasant stay in this villa in Ardèche! Perfect for 6 people, it is ideally located, making it easy to explore the region and its beautiful landscapes. The house is very well-equipped: a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious and bright common areas. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, ideal for our outdoor meals, and the pool that allowed us to cool off after our days of excursions as well as the petanque court which is a plus! We recommend this villa 100%!

The preparation of the stay went very smoothly. When we arrived, Nathalie, a warm person, was waiting for us in front of the cottage. The cottage is very beautiful. Everything is perfect and of high quality, even superior quality, especially the furniture. Each room, including kitchen and bathroom, has a different character, with its own colors and details. The impeccable condition of the amenities gave the impression that they were new. The general impression was very welcoming and spacious. Nathalie was always available when we had any questions. When we wanted to extend our stay, which was not possible, she helped us find another solution. The rental is perfectly located for hiking, discovering the Ardèche Valley, etc. Please note that the cottage is part of a farm, so seasonal work may take place at certain times.
