Svein's cottage was really worth every penny. It's a beautiful place. I caught mackerel, pollack, rays and wrasse while fishing at my own jetty. There were also many porcini mushrooms in the area, which went well with the fish. In the evening, you can light the fireplace and enjoy the rest of the day.

Martha and Trond were a lovely helpful couple who live in the apartment opposite and are there to answer any questions. Thank you for the loan of the chess set!!😊. A beautiful location and the weather was perfect to say it is March.

Terrace Apartment by the fjord

Fantastic apartment centrally located in Skånevik. Elena is incredibly nice and helpful. We had 19 family members for dinner on the terrace one evening and Elena arranged for it to be a perfect long table for us with a view of the sea. The apartment has all the things one needs, large space, good beds and very well equipped kitchen. We hope to be able to come back again next year.

Idyllic cabin with jetty

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this charming Norwegian cottage and it was an unforgettable experience! The cabin is idyllically located in the middle of the breathtaking Norwegian nature, right on the fjord. The decor of the cabin is both cozy and authentic. A special highlight was the terrace and the jetty, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the fjord – perfect for morning coffee or an evening sundowner. We would keep coming back and can definitely recommend Hege's cabin.

Wonderful flat! Sandeid was once home for me and my mom. We felt really like we were extra at-home in Line’s flat. It was clean, pretty and very comfortable. Everything was easy to use and the view is magical. I highly recommend and I hope to go back next year. Tussen takk for alt! Lisa and Astrid

A great, quiet house. Absolutely recommended for people seeking tranquility and relaxation. The view of the fjord is gigantic. The house is super clean and well appointed. The way to get to the house is a bit adventurous the first time, but you get used to it. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Ann Lisbeth was also always hassle-free - she responded to messages within minutes. Just a bit unfortunate that we didn't meet her in person.

Solveig & Dag's house is a gem! It is located with stunning views of beautiful nature with fjords and mountains. There are hiking trails that start from the door and others located in the mountain areas or along the fjord nearby. The house is well equipped and Solveig and Dag provide what may be missing. They also have good advice and tips on trips and activities in the area. The house is part of the farm and there are sheep in the lia below the house. Exotic for us from the city and fun for those with kids. It can be convenient by car for action and excursions. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come again!

Erik has an amazing place with an impeccable view. We stayed for two months and Erik was always responsive to questions, checked in with us to see if we needed anything and was overall a kind host. The house itself has a great view and all amenities one would need. Everything was very clean and ready for use. Overall I can really recommend this stay

Chose this apartment for two good friends. They were delighted with their stay. Thanks to Solveig, their first experience with Airbnb was a success. Cozy apartment, with everything within walking distance. They are happy to come again. Stuck in the snow chaos and had plans to drive back to Stavanger to stay in a hotel, but my better half said we should check Airbnb first. It was a very good decision since Anders had available right nearby and responded to the message within 2 minutes. Drove up and got into the heat. Took about 30 minutes from the time we booked the accommodation until the apartment was ready. Really nice people, nice apartment and very nice outdoor area. Recommended!

Unfortunately, we were just passing through, so I can't say much at all. Everything worked out so far. The house is on the second row on the fjord, you might want to mention that. However, there is a beach nearby for swimming. Sandra was kind and quick to respond.

We had a nice stay at Vidar's place. We visited family in the area and didn't do much cooking. The place was very nice and clean. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. It was easy to find. Vidar provided a booklet with helpful information about his place and the area. We were only 2 people, and it was perfect for us.

An older and cozy house in rural surroundings. Nicely refurbished and well equipped. Also suitable for families. Perfect location to do some of the many walks in the area. Very nice hostess, good communication.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay at my grandmother's house and the sensory garden. Incredibly thoughtful "great-grandmother" style and a lovely garden. Great fit for 6 people. Perfect place to have afternoon tea as Nina has lots of nice cottage dishes and nice tea dishes. Clean, tidy and well set up for rental. Peaceful and rural location.

If you want to stay in this accommodation, you'll need a car since it's quite far from the city. The natural surrounding is really calming and a small balcony was perfect for admiring it. We had a great time at Emil's place with a nice welcome. Everything was sparkling clean; candles were lit and Emil had provided chocolate and potato chips for us - in the middle of nowhere. The apartment is well equipped , has fast Wifi, a very comfortable bed and a kitchen that worked well. We even got to charge our car. During the holiday season, Emil came with a lovely bouquet of daffodils and Easter treats to us. We felt welcome and well taken care of, and are happy to recommend the place further! Thank you for us, Emil (and Rudy!)

Excellent condo. Exactly as shown in the pictures and descriptions. We particularly enjoyed the back porch with the water view. The bedrooms each have an extension cord with multiple plug-ins, which we used easily with a couple types of our converters. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We really liked the shower’s temperature control and water pressure. Very nice with heated bathroom floor. If you have large bags to transport, the building’s elevator is close and easy to use. We appreciated the several restaurants very close and the grocery store next door. Walking around the town was very easy. I highly recommend this location!
