Here you get to experience the cabin Knausen which was built in 1940 and has retained most of its original touch. Here, the beds are built into the room. There is no Wi-Fi, and dishes must be washed by hand. But, the location can give peace of mind with beautiful sea views of Ålfjorden, large property with lots of nature, access to beach, fishing and short distance to Ølen, Etne, Odda/Trolltunga, Haugesund and Karmøy.

From the cabin it is only a short walk to the playground, beach and sea life. Great hiking trails nearby. Parking just outside the cabin. Guests have access to the entire cabin except for a locked storage room.

Drive on National tourist routes to Hardanger can be recommended if you want to explore the beautiful western nature and famous attraction Trolltunga and the spectacular Langfossen waterfall.
