We had such a wonderful visit in Paris and staying in this comfortable and beautiful apartment made it perfect! Everything you need is there and the location can’t be beat. We enjoyed every minute of our time there!

Eléonore’s apartment is a gem, tastefully furnished and expertly laid out from doorway to windows. In particular, it has an open kitchen into the living room in the American style, which is very rare in Parisian apartments and allowed for a brilliant outing to the Bastille market before cooking <<chapon> together (also a ~5m walk to a famous cookware shop Dehillerin). If you don't feel like cooking after a night out, it's also very close to Au Pied du Cochon, a classic bistro open until 0500. Twenty steps from the front door is a La Parisienne bakery, a solid chain for morning baguettes. While next to the Châtelet metro it still feels quiet, and taxis can navigate to the doorstep. The only noise complaint is it's close to one of Paris' iconic green <récup'verre> so you may get woken up by a neighbor disposing of last night's empty wine bottles. We stayed at 3 different Airbnb for our trip to Paris, and felt we would have been happy here the whole time.

Logement conforme à l’annonce. De petite taille mais fonctionnel. Accès facile au métro et environnement calme. Louiza est très réactive et souple pour l’heure d’arrivée. Seul petit bémol, volets pas complètement opaques donc il ne faut pas être très sensible à la lumière mais sinon rien à dire ! Je recommande fortement

Good place - close to tower

Thank you. We had a great time. Very responsive and always helpful. Btw the location is PRIME - everything we wanted to do/see was mostly walking distance or a short metro ride away. Would like to come back here if I ever visit Paris again.

Vraiment très bien situé, petit mais comme je suis seul, j'ai apprécié la luminosité (c'est très bien fenêtré), les commodités (un four, laveuse, frigo avec congélateur, télé). Ce qui rend l'endroit "sportif", c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs et qu'il faut grimper 112 marches (j'avais été avisé, ce n'était pas une surprise). La salle de bain est également petite mais conviviale. L'internet est vraiment rapide. Comme j'ai dû trouver la place à la dernière minute, suite à une annulation de ma location prévue, je suis très satisfait de ce second choix. La logeuse est sympathique et même agréable dans les échanges, avec souci manifeste que tout soit adéquat. C'est propre et décoré. On s'y sent chez soi.

Gerard è stato ospitale e disponibile. La posizione dell'appartamento ideale (vicino alla metro e al bus) per raggiungere altre zone e il centro di Parigi, area tranquilla e sicura. Super consigliato
