Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a mini kitchen. There is a small loft over the bedroom. Between sleeping and living rooms there is a sliding door. The living room has big windows with slatted curtains and a door to a terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and an umbrella. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

Peaceful cottage with walking distance to Siljan and the area's own swimming area. Access to kitchen and bathroom, sleeping places in the form of a 140 cm bed, a 180 cm bed, which can be turned into two single beds, and a 90 cm bed. The cottage is located in Gesunda, about 10 kilometers outside Mora. Here you are close to the forest, and Gesundaberget with skiing and fantastic views from the top. Fairyland Santa Land is a five-minute drive away. In the area, there is also the possibility of frisbee golf, mini golf and cross-country skiing.

Renovated cottage in Mora

The cottage is located about 4 km outside central Mora, 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike to the city center. Here you live in your own cottage on the plot of a house. Close to, among other things, a nice beach by the Siljan, the Vasa Race ski trails, beautiful nature and Santa Land. Other popular attractions in Mora are Dala horse manufacturing in Nusnäs, the Troll and Clown Trail, the Zorn Museum and the Zorn Café. Also about 35 minutes by car to popular Dalhalla with a wide range of concerts as well as Helvetesfallet in Orsa.

Stay in this charming house in a village environment with proximity to everything, shops, restaurants and bus stop just a stone's throw away. The house is 60 sqm and has a double bed 180 cm for 2 people, 2 places in a day bed 160 cm. Please note that the house is not suitable for children. Beach and marina nearby, Dala horse manufacturing, traditional craftsmen such as kurbits painters, artisans and basket makers are also in the same area. Most things are within walking distance and just under 3 km to Mora city center.

Wonderful cabin by Siljan

Totally renovated cottage (-22/-23) with amazing views of Siljan. The cottage is located 10 minutes' drive from central Mora, 10 minutes' drive to Tomteland and 5 minutes' drive to the nearest swimming area (Vika beach). Kitchen and bathroom in top condition, cozy living room with fantastic views of Siljan and a nice separate bedroom with 180 cm bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that easily converts into a 140 cm bed. Free parking on the premises. Guests bring their own bed linens, towels and toiletries.

Mora centrally by the water near outdoor activities

My villa is beautifully located by Dalälven's beach, walking distance to the city center and the Vasa Race finish 1.5 km. Most of the house is newly renovated. If I am in Mora, I will of course help with pick-up & info. Large terrace overlooking the river. It's a large plot of land right by the river. One bathroom with shower and toilet. And a shower cabin in the basement. Nice social areas with plenty of space and fireplace. Code lock so no key is needed. No pets as there are allergies in the family.

Här bor ni själva i en helt nybyggd "lägenhet" i mitt gårdshus. (nov 2025) Ett lugnt område, ett stenkast från Anders Zorns födelseplats, 2,5km till centrum och vasaloppsmålet. Promenadavstånd till Åmåsängs badplats i siljan, 15-20 min bilresa till populära tomteland och gesundaberget. Lägenheten har en bottenvåning med ett ballingslövkök, stort matbord, soffa och tv i vardagsrummet, badrum samt sovrum. Övervåningen innefattar ett sovloft. Här ingår alltid sängkläder och handdukar vid bokning.

The cottage is in a quiet residential area with a 500-meter walk to central Mora with the Zorn Museum and proximity to the Vasaloppet Museum, the Vasaloppet finish line, 1 1/5 kilometers to Hemus where the Vasaloppet arena for skiing, running and cycling is located. Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park

Welcome to our beautiful timber built Swedish Lakeside Cottage on the shores of Lake Siljan You will find yourself on the island of Sollerön, surrounded by Lake Siljan, close to Mora in the heart of Dalarna. This is a part of Sweden steeped in history and tradition and famed for its nature, beauty and music. We are located in the forest with an uninterrupted view of the lake, where your neighbours are often a passing deer, a hopping hare or our friendly woodpecker.

Approximately 400 meters to Coop and 15 km to Mora city center. Air heat pump provides comfortable heat during winter and air conditioning during hot summer days. Patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue for wonderful days. In the garden, there is a playground and a small children's pool. 🌊☺️
