The apartment is nice, comfortable and clean; the pool and the beautiful view is in a privileged location since it is a few blocks from the beach of Viña; the buses and the metro stop at the door which allows you to get around the city without problems. Always helpful hosts who are always helpful and willing to answer any questions.

Be impressed with Carlos' level of organization, attentive and super organized. The impressive apartment, the views, the photos do not show everything nice that the apartment is, it has all the comfort, the location, it has everything. Carlos is very friendly and from the beginning the communication was excellent. This apartment for a group of friends or family is wonderful super comfortable. The terrace you have with a view of Valparaiso is stunning.

Our vacation week at Rodrigo's apartment was perfect. The beach is not walkable distance, but can be accessed in less than 20 minutes to beautiful beaches such as Ritoque or a playita that is before Concón! The truth is that Rodrigo's space is comfortable, the internet works normally (I was able to telework without complications during my stay). The business inside the Condominium meets everything you need to get out of trouble. The secotr is very quiet, only the kids feel playing during the day and night, but it's normal on vacation. We would definitely come back!

The host Magdalena is a very friendly person, she always gave us good recommendations about the place and was always attentive. Her blue house is very comfortable, convenient, well-equipped and offers a whole experience of disconnection and rest together with the environment. Laguna Verde is a beautiful place to connect with nature, you can walk to the beach in just seven minutes, you can buy fresh fish in the fishermen's cove and you have restaurant options very close by. My family and I were very pleased with the stay. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great, the apartment is very close to the beach so you can walk down. There are many places to go to eat or shop, everything is very close. I stayed 4 days and never used the car. It has a nice view and is very cozy. Accurate for two people. The parking is shared but for me it really wasn't a problem, I left the keys and forgot about my car.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos and even better. Very spacious and elegant. It was very tidy and clean. Felt like a hotel. There was a lot of concern in the details. It's a great location. There are beaches, dunes, green areas, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. Wifi available very useful since being close to the dunes, its own gets a little slow. The view is unparalleled! Full ocean view. Fantastic Sunsets. Es Catfriendly. We're traveling with our kitten. The apartment has safety meshes that allowed a safe stay for our feline companion. The building staff is very friendly and willing. Alex is a great host. Always very attentive to the inquiries we made. I recommend it 100% for traveling as a family, with children, with cats.
