In the nature around the cabin we have most of the Swedish wildlife, elk, deer, deer, lo but also the sea eagle can be seen looking for changes in meadows and fields. If you want to fish and swim, there are two lakes within a mile.

Welcome to our little cottage, decorated in pink and white! The cottage is extended in 2022 with a new part and is now a total of 25 sqm and sleeps 1–2 people. It has a room with two beds, 2 x 80 cm, kitchen and bathroom. The cabin is located in our garden, about 20 meters behind our house, and behind it there is forest. The center of Gullring is within walking distance, where you will find a cafe, a restaurant, a swimming pool (closed in July), an outdoor swimming area, tennis courts and a golf course.

We had some wonderful days in Eva's beautiful house, where we enjoyed the rural charm and tranquility. We walked to the nearby lake and swam, enjoyed the bright summer evenings in the lovely garden, where the children played soccer and swung while we adults enjoyed nature and had cozy moments indoors in the spacious and well-equipped house, where there was plenty of entertainment for all ages. In addition, we went on day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, Kathultt and Bulderby, all of which were within a 25-minute drive. We were 10 people: two families with children with 4 children in total, as well as a set of grandparents and we had plenty of space! It was really nice that each family unit could have a large room with its own seating, where you could retreat when you needed peace ☺️

Our stay was very special! After a strenuous journey, we were able to get into our house very easily. We were greeted very warmly and we felt immediately welcome and worry-free. The rooms were very cozy and full of love for detail. A mix of modern and home style with Swedish art. What I noticed particularly positively was the cleanliness and service thought. Everything was taken care of, fresh sheets, towels, shower gel and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, laundry facilities. For bad weather or fun evenings, there is a Wii room in the basement. Communicating with the hosts was easy, quick, and straightforward. We were able to communicate fluently in German and got nice insider excursion tips. Within walking distance there are beautiful walks through the woods. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short, but we will definitely come back to you :)

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

Renting Sörgården in Bullerbyn was like stepping straight into an Astrid Lindgren fairy tale. The house is charming, well-maintained and full of genuine rural atmosphere. The environment is incredibly beautiful and soothing, with vast meadows, red cottages and a proximity to nature that really gives a sense of childhood idyll. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and comfortable – perfect both for families with children and for adults seeking peace and inspiration. The hosts were nice, accommodating and had thought of all the little details that made the stay extra enjoyable. The kids loved running barefoot in the grass, playing in the barn! For us adults, it was a long-awaited break from the stress of everyday life – a place to breathe and socialize! We highly recommend Sörgården to anyone who longs for a piece of Swedish summer idyll in its purest form. We will definitely be back!

Great accommodation in Vimmerby! We were two families with four children aged 2-6, and everything worked great. Close to Astrid Lindgren's world by car, nice garden for the kids, lots of toys, comfortable and a well-equipped kitchen.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. Johan and Jenny were very clear about the instructions and were very welcoming. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 3. They have a large garden and games both indoor and outdoor. My toddler was very happy to get all the color pencils and books to read :)

Anneli was super lovely and nice! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with the kids. Many thanks! A nice walk of 10-15 minutes to Astrid Lindgren's World, close to ICA. I had left an item behind in the apartment and remembered it while we were at Astrid Lindgren's World. Anneli was super nice and came and met us on the way to the train so I could get it back. Extra star on the edge!
