Cozy and spacious house in a lovely environment in the countryside among pastures and forest. We stayed with three kids who had a great time. About 35 minutes into Astrid Lindgren's World 👍🏻

Our stay was very special! After a strenuous journey, we were able to get into our house very easily. We were greeted very warmly and we felt immediately welcome and worry-free. The rooms were very cozy and full of love for detail. A mix of modern and home style with Swedish art. What I noticed particularly positively was the cleanliness and service thought. Everything was taken care of, fresh sheets, towels, shower gel and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, laundry facilities. For bad weather or fun evenings, there is a Wii room in the basement. Communicating with the hosts was easy, quick, and straightforward. We were able to communicate fluently in German and got nice insider excursion tips. Within walking distance there are beautiful walks through the woods. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short, but we will definitely come back to you :)

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

We stayed with Katja and Micha in Sweden paradise for a week with our two children! The location is beautifully quiet and idyllic between meadows and a forest where we could pick lots of blueberries. We had our own garden area with many fruit trees, a sandbox and hammock. There are chickens on the farm that we were allowed to feed regularly, the children could watch the mucking out and a trampoline was also available to us!The house was charmingly furnished, a real Swedish dream, very bright and friendly with many bouquets of flowers and little things for the children! We felt incredibly comfortable and welcome right from the start. From the vacation home, we visited Astrid Lindgren World, the katthulthof and the elk park in Vimmerby. We will gladly recommend the guest house and will be happy to come back!

A stunning and beautiful location: the house, the surroundings, the lake, the drive to the house, the chambers, the decorations, the playhouse, … too much to sum it all up. We felt privileged to stay here. We felt like a lord and lady of the mansion. Wild animals roam free on the premises (deer, badger, fox, wild boar, … ) and there are plenty of walks from the house and in the area. There is also a lovely bathing place in Ishult - a couple of miles down the road. The only thing we missed was wifi (internet connectivity). Especially because there was also a bad 4G signal.

Many thanks for a great two weeks in Asatorp. Arvid, you were a great host and we enjoyed the peace and solitude of the house. The outdoor shower was awesome. Cozy cottage in the forest nearby a lake - perfect to get away from everything and just relax. There are some activities within driving distance, as the helpful host suggested. The children loved the elk park!

We had a great time at the cottage on the lake. The location is really great! Right on the lake, the kids were in the water uninterrupted. You can entertain a lot of great things from there. Vimmerby and surroundings are just around the corner. We felt comfortable and will definitely come back.

This is very cozy. It has everything you need, including coffee and spices. It was clean and the location is beautiful. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. We were allowed to use the rowing boat at the nearby lake, which we liked very much. Communication with Alvida was great. She was very accessible, friendly and helpful. There was an even welcome in the kitchen waiting for us, which we were very happy about. We would love to come back.

super nice, idyllic and well located accommodation. The photos at all manage to capture the great atmosphere of the house. Very good location for trips. With the house has its own jetty and a boat, the sauna can also be used if you want. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again. Sylvia is a great hostess.

Spacious, everything needed was available and practically smooth. Perfect for families with children.

We spent 3 weeks as a family in Henning's house. We arrived by bus and train, it was no problem to get to the house. Due bus stop was nearby (from 8/19/2024 the stop for bus no. 35 will be moved further away), so we were able to make many great excursions in the area. The house was big enough for the whole family. Henning also responded to further requests. The kitchen was functional, the wifi worked well. You could still sit comfortably on the terrace until late in the evening. The kids liked the big trampoline.

We had two nice weeks in Beatrice's house and we felt very comfortable. Everything is very lovingly decorated. Beatrice is a super host who responds quickly to questions and has many tips for all kinds of concerns. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Very cozy and spacious house for family with children and grandchildren and very good starting point for visits to Astrid Lindgren's World and Moose Park. Lovely terrace with dining table and possibility to relax on the corner sofa. Definitely also enjoyed the terrace jacuzzi. Nice lawn where you can play ball etc. Hope many guests can enjoy this house.

The home was nicely divided for our needs with grandparents and families with children of 1, 3 and 5 years and dog with nice fenced garden with opportunities for the kids for the trampoline and was a perfect place for us in quiet area and with easy access to Hultsfred and the lake with swimming opportunity and barbecue fun. A great starting point for us with trips to Virum Elgpark, Astrid Lindgren's World and Vestervik. This place is definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at the house. There is a lot of space to hang out, it's well equiped and close to the lake. Thanks for having us.

We (2 adults, 3 children and a dog) enjoyed the time in the house and on the lake very much. A cozily furnished house with many small homely details, a very well-equipped kitchen (work tools and also consumables), as well as clean and appealing bathrooms with consumables. A great location at the end of the lake with the road at the house, so we didn't have to drive dirt roads/sandy paths in bad weather. It is a house in the middle of beautiful, little touched nature. Even though we could barely spot wildlife, we found a lot of traces of them. So for us ends a very exciting time, which we could enjoy extensively in the house with its comfortable amenities. For our 3 boys, the household rowing boat for fishing and the jacuzzi were the highlights. We parents enjoyed the sauna in the evening and were delighted that there was plenty of firewood for sauna and oven in the house. Thanks to Leila!
