Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vilshofen an der Donau

Sarah and Emanuel at Fynbos Apartments were incredible hosts. We stayed 3 weeks with my mother and partner after flying in from Canada for cervical disc replacement surgery with Dr. Bertagnoli. Staying here was the best decision, much better than a hotel. They checked in regularly, making sure we were comfortable, which meant a lot. The apartment was spotless with modern appliances, a clean bathroom (no mold anywhere), and fast internet. Beds, pillows, and layout were perfect. Quiet building with respectful neighbors. Underground parking with direct elevator access made things easier post-surgery. The terrace had beautiful sunset views, and the décor was personable and calming. Location is central grocery, downtown, pharmacy, and hospital all 5–7 mins away. School nearby but not an issue with windows closed. Did not effect our stay one bit or change our experience Truly the most communicative, thoughtful hosts we’ve had. Thank you Sarah and Emanuel it made a big difference. H,E,J

We were guests for the second time and would definitely book again. The place is clean, nicely decorated and the bed is super comfortable. In good weather, the balcony invites you to linger. The location is super central and yet very quiet, as the apartment is located in a side street. We received information in advance about the arrival and check-in, totally simple and straightforward. Nice and friendly hosts.

Everything was as described and we were able to use the wellness area very well! Angelina was very accommodating and even brought a sled if we wanted to use the snow! Thank you!

When I saw the first picture, I immediately thought: "Wow, how beautiful!" – the vacation home with balcony was pictured there. On site, we were accommodated on the first floor, but from there we also had a beautiful panorama. During our stay, there was a small problem, but it was quickly addressed by Judith and quickly resolved – the caretaker was even very quickly on site. Our short stay was very nice overall, and everything was as described. The bedding was a little older, but it served its purpose. The location is very quiet, and the locals are extremely friendly. Thank you!

My girlfriend, our dogs and I loved the place! The loft is simply amazing and you feel right at home and in good hands there. The surroundings are great for anyone who wants to relax and come down and I can only recommend it to everyone. We had a great and very relaxing time there :)

The accommodation amazed us, it was even better than our expectations in terms of size. Everything was very clean and tidy. Robert welcomed us even though we arrived very late in the evening and immediately left us the keys. The location is unfortunately a bit isolated but it is a normal feature of Bavaria, especially an advantage because not a fly was buzzing at night. Overall a great experience and we'll be happy to come back.

Very welcoming cottage. The living area is large and comfortable. The wood-burning stove is efficient for heating quickly. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms. Wooden stairs can crack (for people with light sleep). Pay attention to electricity consumption.

We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation. Within cycling/walking distance of the city center of Passau.

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the outskirts of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have relaxed wonderfully and have taken beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly rated by us for a future visit.

We spent wonderful Christmas holidays at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Highlighted are the cozy beds, we slept wonderfully:-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of treats. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to let off steam directly at the house in the snow (sled and Bob are provided) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all a perfect holiday. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

A beautiful house with great views and amenities. Perfect spot for a break in nature. The house is very well equipped, so you feel right at home :)

Mrs. Consolee, with her unique availability and kindness, met all our requests with promptness and politeness, always responding in a very short time. The house is really nice, very large, with generous spaces. We were 9 people and we were very comfortable. Highly recommended, 1 hour from Munich.

There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment for three nights. We felt very comfortable. It looks exactly like the photos. Very nice, very clean! It has everything you need! We will be happy to come back. As a tip, if you are a bit sensitive to the cold, bring socks or slippers in summer as well. Due to the tiled floor, it is a bit cool from below. Otherwise, everything is great! 👍😊

Great apartment, would come back any time.

The place was very nice, tidy and clean. In the kitchen there are many products, which is basically great – but some of them had expired, so it would be good to check the expiration dates regularly. Otherwise everything was fine, there was a lot available and it was well equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just outside Passau with a great view of the hills. You usually need a car to be mobile, but there is also a bus stop right in front of the house. However, a one-way trip by bus costs €2.50, which is quite expensive – that's why I mostly used my car. The free parking space in the underground garage is very convenient! Overall it was a very good experience. Thanks, Tobias!

We had a great time at Evelyn's. The apartment is super furnished and cozy, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and Evelyn a perfect host. When we had something to complain about, she immediately took care of it and also did her very best to get the strong smell out of the kitchen that the previous tenants had left behind. She was always super easy to reach, very friendly and thorough. Thank you for the wonderful time and we are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Simply beautiful! The apartment is bright, modern and equipped with really everything you could need. We even found coffee, tea, water and some sweets to welcome us. The hosts were immediately available for questions, there were clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Great location to explore Deggendorf, Plattlingen and surrounding areas.

Nice modern furnished apartment with a separate bedroom in a great location. Plenty of places to park, all at hand.

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.
