The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The 60 m² cozy accommodation consists of a living room with a double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi and a TV. Your private outdoor area has a balcony with table and chairs where you can relax, read a book, dine al fresco and admire the stunning views.

Unser charmantes Tiny House steht auf einer kleinen Anhöhe etwas abseits von unserem kleinen Bauernhof im Vorderen Bayerischen Wald. Idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, eingebettet von Wiesen und einem Bachlauf sind wir dennoch nur 4 km vom Markt Scharzach mit den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Von der großzügigen Holzterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Rundblick über die saftig grünen Wiesen, zu unserem Hausberg (Degenberg), bis in den Bauerngarten.

The vacation home is in a secluded location on the edge of the forest. The spacious covered terrace and the enclosed garden invite you to relax and linger. In summer you can cool off in the swimming pond. The vacation home is particularly suitable for larger groups or families. For animal-friendly people, the vacation home is the ideal place to spend your vacation with your pets. You share the large property with native plants, birds, deer, rabbits and lizards.

This beautiful modern furnished apartment is located between Deggendorf and Passau (about 20 km) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to vacation and relax. The apartment is 50 m² and has its own entrance, which leads to the apartment via the external staircase. The apartment is equipped with a double bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a bedroom with 3 beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, 2 balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
