This wooden studio (self-built) is ideally located halfway between Nîmes and Montpellier, 30 minutes from the sea and at the gates of the Cévennes. The historic center of the pretty little medieval town of Sommières is 600 m away. The "voie verte" (a bike path) at 2 steps, will allow you to reach Lecques (3,5 miles), its guinguette and its swimming area. You will have at your disposal a place to store your bikes. West-facing terrace for marvelous sunsets. Ceiling fan. Small private garden

Independent apartment on the first floor of my home. Close to the town of Sommières but in the countryside. Very quiet neighborhood. Nîmes-Le Vigan bike path 30 m away. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away. Numerous activities in Sommières: famous Saturday market, Monday summer markets, Wednesday night market, numerous restaurants in the city center. Cévennes and sea 40 minutes away (I'll show you nice spots). Bakery and greengrocer a 5-minute walk Reversible air conditioning to stay cool

The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.
