Excellent family stay in a very nice house that retains its historic charm while being very well renovated, functional and accessible from a geographical point of view. We enjoyed the large spaces, the mountain views, the pleasant and well-appointed courtyard, and the coolness of the kitchen and living room on the ground floor despite the heatwave! Sylvie and Georges responded quickly to our questions and check-in and check-out were very easy. We'll be back!

Stay of 14 people for a big weekend. We really appreciated Stéphanie's availability and responsiveness so we were able to take possession of the house a little before the scheduled time and it was very appreciable for us who arrived from far away. The accommodation was in line with the photos and description, very clean and functional, very well-equipped for so many people (this is not always the case...) We felt at home! We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

We had a great family weekend for my cousin's 40th birthday. Cathy and her husband were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times and welcomed us very warmly. The villa is sublime and fully equipped. We didn't miss anything to have fun (swimming pool and inflatable buoys, darts, foosball, petanque, ping-pong, including the digestive walk in the garden with baby turtles or nap on the catamaran nets). Congratulations to them for this incredible renovation (I enjoyed the anecdotes). The rooms were comfortable, no need to bring back the sheets or towels, our hosts take the comfort of their visitors to heart. Overall, the house was clean, with such a large area, the cleaning must be athletic. Small point to improve (because I am very allergic): it is precisely the dust and the hairs of the cats. Thanks again for everything!

Hi, the place is perfect. It is large and well divided, clean and well decorated. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but a few blocks' walk from the peninsula and Parc de la Tête d'Or. Parking easily available on the surrounding streets. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. If I go back to Lyon, I would stay at Guillaume's! Host is easy to reach and helpful. Thank you! Lyon would not have been the same experience without this flat. The views, open floor plan and exquisite style made me lazy to leave in the morning. top notch location. close to everything you need. Jeff and Bruno's apartment was perfect. Very neat and very well-equipped with a particularly pleasant inner courtyard. The apartment is in a very good location for enjoying both the city center, about twenty minutes by metro, and the surrounding regions, close to highways and the Beaujolais wine route, among others. A special mention for Jeff who kindly welcomed us and advised us well throughout our stay.

Great location, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, thoughtful decorations. Would happily stay again. Only wish host can provide check-in instructions in advance such as in the morning or at latest 3pm (the listed check in time) . We still did not receive check-in instruction when our flight landed at 7pm, had to call, and got response 30 min before we arrive. The street below occasionally has car passing by on the cobblestone road (only a few per hour, not a busy street), so would recommend earplugs for light sleepers, but it was not an issue for us. Overall happy with the stay.

A memorable stay, both in terms of the quality of the welcome and the apartment itself. Perfectly equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts you need for a successful stay. Its ideal location, close to transport and sites of interest, makes it a perfect base for exploring Lyon. The housekeeper is warm and attentive, she was able to make our experience even more enjoyable thanks to her little touches. A place that we recommend without hesitation and where we'll be happy to come back!

From the beginning of our booking until the end of our stay, the communication and follow-up of our hosts were perfect and proactive. Even on arrival when I didn't understand how to open the box, Aline and Stéphane were very responsive to give me the solution more than quickly!! (by the way, it may be necessary to specify in the description that you have to press both buttons at the same time). The apartment was very clean and ideally located for us. Our stay went wonderfully. The check-in went as planned, with some flexibility as to the check-in time. Vincent is very responsive to any questions about the accommodation or check-in conditions. We spent a week with 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. Top amenities, beautifully quiet and rural location, great pool. Jaques was always available and super quick to respond to questions. Small villages to explore, Lyon as a day trip, ... very beautiful! Full recommendation!

We are delighted with our stay: very nice and very well-equipped house, with a magnificent view, beautiful sunsets and a beautiful brand new pool. The house matches the photos and description given, and our stay really met our expectations. We also very much appreciated the location, both very close to the center of Lyon but in a quiet and green setting, very relaxing and exotic for the holidays, with beautiful walks to do in the area. The welcome from Marion's parents upon our arrival was very friendly and warm, as was the contacts with Marion and Renaud, especially when we left. Thank you for the very kind attention upon our arrival and for your help and availability much appreciated during the stay and even after our departure (thank you again for very kindly reporting and sending us a forgotten item). I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

I booked on behalf of a group of family and friends staying for a weekend. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. I dealt with Gregory who was always extremely responsive with questions before booking as well prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Gregory was a delight to deal with and gave a very comprehensive tour of the villa showing us everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The pool and sunbeds was a real highlight for us. The entire outdoor area of the property has areas of both shade and sunshine all day long and is well equipped with furniture to enjoy it! We would highly recommend booking this property if you're looking for a relaxing break.

This home was perfect for a large family to stay and relax after a hectic (but fun) 5 days in Paris. I didn’t think it was possible for the home to match or exceed the beautiful photos posted on the site, but it sure did! The home was spotless, spacious and had a beautiful setting. We enjoyed all the amenities, except the pool, because the weather was a little too cool for us. 😊 Check in and out was straightforward and we felt safe, secure and very private. The boulangier at the end of the road was delicious and we tried just about everything over the course of our stay! The lake was beautiful and my wife and I really enjoyed the main bedroom’s bathtub each evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing. If you are looking for a beautiful home for your family or group to spread out in, then this is the place for you! I promise, you won’t regret it!
