Nice home near the city center in a very quiet residence

The view is really amazing, it's a luxury to have breakfast facing the sea. Very convenient with children with direct access to the beach. The apartment was refurbished, it was perfectly clean. Very welcoming host and simple to pick up the keys. Just a point of attention, you have to read more carefully than me, sheets are not provided (no wifi either). Great stay.

The apartment is ideally located in a superb residence close to the beach and the lively street. It is very spacious and well equipped. There are games for the children, products for the kitchen and the bathroom, you feel at home! Our host was available and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

I would this property. The apartment is as described and nicely decorated. It is located in the center of Courseulles, many shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay and Anne-Lise is welcoming and friendly, we will gladly come back to the same place.

We had a great time with my 3 year old daughter. Ideally located, the apartment allowed us to enjoy a privileged setting facing Trouville beach and the sea. We loved being able to enjoy both Trouville boards, small restaurants and nearby businesses. I would highly recommend this place and thank our hosts for their hospitality and availability.

There were four of us and a dog, and had a wonderful time! Original house, charming, well decorated and well-equipped, top bedding, quiet but not isolated which allows you to enjoy village life. Everything is doable on foot: very pretty church and its presbytery, beautiful houses, hiking departures, beautiful market on Fridays,tennis , boulodrome, nice little shops (we recommend vintage KDL, Wishlist, T Dhaine jewelry store) and good restaurants (La table de Leonie). It should be noted that the pizza truck entered in the welcome card of the house no longer passes to the village....but there are the pizzas of Toni (Capri Pizza). Small but very lively village, very welcoming people. The area is very beautiful, hilly, forested, crisscrossed with small vivid rivers, we are quickly at the sea or Lake Pont-L'êve. Joanne and Ivan are very welcoming (small welcome gourmet package) and very available, answering our questions very quickly. We really want to come back!

We had a great time at Anne's beautiful home. Everything was impeccable, and what a pleasure to have the beach a few steps away... We'll be happy to come back!

We would thoroughly recommend Nicole's property and would stay here again when next in the area. With parking outside the house and just a few minutes walk to the sea front and ideal for visiting other beaches and memorial museums. You won't be disappointed.

The house is perfect and as described. the garden is lovely. The beach is 2 minutes away which is perfect with a nice walk along the water with cafes/restaurants nearby. house suitable for children with bed, high chair, etc. Stéphanie came to welcome us which is very nice. Accommodating and very kind, she made it easy to enter and exit the accommodation. Thanks! We'll be back with pleasure.

We stayed at Léa's from July 7 to 17, 2024. The duplex is very pleasant to live in, quiet, convenient for its location on the front to park (even if on the street , there is no problem) and the terrace on the back, well fenced and equipped with garden table, umbrella and barbecue even if we did not use them because the weather is capricious. On the bedroom side, the bedding is decent and the shower is spacious. Just so you know, the stairs are a little steep.

My husband and I were with our two small children (3 and 6 years old). We had a great time. The accommodation is right next to the beach, the carousel and the waffle stand, ideal for our two little ones. It's easy to park on the street. The pizzeria that runs the mini-golf right across is very good. Regarding the cottage, no complaints, it has everything. Axel was very responsive and understanding, thank you so much. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great weekend with 6 of us, the view is superb, the services of the house are excellent, matches the photos. Only small downside (but really light), the cleaning is not done in detail but the main things are very clean: living rooms and bedding. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay here. Lots to do with the children, garden games and they loved the pool & football table downstairs. Benoìt was very helpful whenever we needed. Good location for us as we wanted to tour the area and D Day locations. A great holiday!

My stay went very well. The apartment is very cute and the view of the swamp is absolutely beautiful. Séverine and Sinath were very pleasant and responsive when I had questions.

We spent 2 nights at Patrick's apartment. It is ideally located with a view of the port of Dives and a 10-minute walk to Cabourg. The small garden with a quiet terrace gives it a significant bonus. Patrick was available and responsive if we had any questions. Perfect if you're also coming with your furry friend!

Very well located apartment 5 minutes walk from the heart of Honfleur with its pedestrian streets, the port and restaurants. In a quiet residence with a very nice private parking. No need to take the car. It has everything you need for a good stay. Valerie and Patrick are very friendly and responsive and the instructions are clear. We recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back 😃

Great accommodation, very nice and ideal for 2 couples. Everyone has their own space with their own bedroom and bathroom. Located about twenty minutes walk from the city center, it is possible to get there along the sea so very pleasant. Thanks to Christian and Catherine for your kindness and this great place.
