The small Chateau gîte, Cauchois farmhouse

Criquetot-sur-Ouville is located in the center of the Rouen-Dieppe-Le Havre triangle, with the 3 cities 30 minutes away. The nearest beach is just 20 minutes away. The old caretaker's house has become the Gîte du P'tit Château. Surrounded by a walled enclosure (beech, ash and oak on an embankment), it is nestled away from view. You will have a great, relaxing time in this quiet and relaxing place. You will be close to all amenities: supermarkets, shops, cinema, golf, tennis, soccer, swimming pool.

The Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Old farmhouse near the Seine

The house has been entirely renovated inside. There are three bedrooms, one large bedroom on the first floor with a Queen bed and a couch or single bed (this can also open up to be a double). On the second floor there are the other beds. There is another Queen bed and separated by a paritition and the staircase is the third sleeping area with two single beds (these can both open up to become doubles). The house is ideal for two families or a family with room for the grandparents.

Welcome to Karine and Guillaume's Norman gîte in the heart of the Pays de Caux, close to the banks of the Seine, abbeys and hiking trails. Within the family property, adjoining the owners' house, with the possibility of access to the large flower garden, you will observe the peaceful life around the fenced pond and get to know their friendly animals.
