It is reached by a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre. The bed & breakfast Land-Charme is located in a historic, approx. 300-year-old house in Cortébert. The former apartment with a smokehouse was lovingly rebuilt with lots of natural materials. The location is ideal for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet and is the starting point for hikes to the many Metairies of the Grand Chasseral or walks in the nearby forest. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
