Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A great apt by the marina, perfectly located for Antibes old town, just a short walk to square, bar and restaurants. Svetlana was so friendly and helpful, greeting us on arrival with Rose, coffee and tea and orange juice . I thoroughly recommend.

The view from every window, including the bathroom, is incredible; almost feels like being on a boat from the bed. Christine is very helpful. Merci!

Six weeks stay in this lovely apartment was best holiday ever. Place was excellent and we enjoyed every second. I can recommend this beautiful apartment and location to all who want to enjoy nice time in beautiful Cote d’Azu. Service was excellent and hosts were so nice and helpful. Great view and impressive location. Beautiful terraces and balconies. The train passing by hardly disturbed. Two beaches in 10-15 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the direct path down to the beach, which used to exist, is unfortunately no longer accessible. Very pleasant stay.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

This was the best Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, Christophe and Deborah couldn't do enough for us. We were a family of four with small kids and the location and accommodation was ideal. Thank you both for a brilliant holiday.

We had a fantastic 9 night stay at the property. It is literally right next to the sea. We were able to swim every day but one. The location is amazing and very quiet. The two beaches are a five minute walk away, but we preferred to swim off the rocks (which would not be advisable with young children). The house was very comfortable.

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and well-equipped in every respect. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The heating was great. The jacuzzi is a real treat! A place we'd love to come back to.

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

We really enjoyed staying at Clara's apartment. The complex and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The amenities were completely sufficient for us and everything was available to have a relaxing stay. We hope to be able to come back😊.

Perfect location, close to sea, nice market, nice restaurants. Perfect for a week of beach holidays. Also close to other nice places. Sonia is a super nice host, who welcomed us with delicious products they made themselves!

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. We love to stay in the Carre D Or area of Nice. This was a VERY last minute booking for a New Year get away so we were delighted to find somewhere. Willy's apartment has all that you need. Everything has its place and has been well considered for the space. WiFi great, bed comfortable. Pictures totally accurate. Location amazing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 2 children) - the apartment is very modern and practically furnished; although it is not very large, we had everything we needed. Helene is very friendly and responds very quickly to any additional questions. We have known the area for decades and 💛 hopefully stay beautiful until next time!

Frederic was very friendly and let us check in an hour early as it was pouring with rain ..the view from the balcony was exceptional .. A little tight room wise with 3 teenage daughters and all their luggage and make up!!! but apart from that we all loved it at Frederic’s and none of us wanted to go home..I would definately come back it was great value with all the amenities around you could need ..I liked being out of the centre of Cannes it was only a 30 min walk.. wonderful choice of beaches…open market everyday I could go on.. worth every penny..
