On the ground floor a large living room of 35 m2, living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, a bedroom, a bed for 2 people, a second bedroom with two beds and a shower room. There is also a private outdoor area. There is a parking space in front of the property. The house is very well located for visiting La Charente Maritime.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Come and recharge your batteries in our riverside trailer, bicycles, canoe and fishing equipment are at your disposal. Numerous marked trails from the trailer will allow you to discover the surroundings. Close to the Poitevin Marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Vendée beaches, Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, there are many opportunities for outings, while enjoying the calm that this place provides.

We offer a cottage in the countryside in Charente-Maritime in our farmhouse complex. The cottage is fully renovated, it has a capacity of up to 8 people with terrace and indoor pool (pool hours 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) it is naturally heated by a dome. (October to May the pool is closed) A relaxation area with deckchairs is at your disposal. The vacation rental is composed of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen area with dining room.
