Adelsried liegt bei Augsburg und ist 20 Minuten vom Legoland in Günzburg und von der Messe Augsburg oder der Augsburger Puppenkiste entfernt. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen und Radtouren ein, da Adelsried an dem bekannten Radweg liegt. Ein besonders toller Abenteuerspielplatz befindet sich in Hamel.
