Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und Badewanne (mit Blick ins Grüne). In nur drei Gehminuten gelangst du zum Schloss Nymphenburg, in ca. 10 Minuten zum botanischen Garten. Die öffentliche Tram Station am Romanplatz erreichst du ebenfalls in fünf Minuten, ein Taxi Stand ist zwei Minuten entfernt.

The wooden barrel is quite rustic and very cozy, standing in the garden, surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is centrally located (15 min. by tram to main station). Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (REWE) only 5 min. walk away. Inside there are two areas: the slightly raised sleeping area with bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the seating area. The extendable table is suitable for 4 people. The benches can be folded out to form two narrow beds. "Your" bathroom and kitchen are in the house.

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
