Un excellent séjour Sandra est très sympathique ses conseils ont été les bienvenus ( petit restau sympa à proximité) nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de cet appartement calme et fonctionnel proche à pied de beaucoup d’endroits intéressants et également du mercado san Miguel pour l’ambiance et les tapas.

Excelente ubicación, fuimos 4 personas y utilizamos la habitación y el sofá cama. Hay calefacción y aire, lo cual nos ayudó mucho en días fríos. La cocina es ideal para preparar algo de comer, el baño es amplio y el jardín es muy lindo. Hay varias tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Y la estación de metro es a 5 minutos.

We zijn goed ontvangen. Er werd snel gereageerd en met ons mee gedacht. We hebben ons welkom gevoeld en genoten van het mooie schone moderne appartement! De wijk waar we in zaten was bijzonder leuk, met ook in de eigen straat plekjes om te ontbijten of een hapje te eten. Je kan prima blijven plakken in de buurt er omheen. Wij komen graag terug voor Madrid en ook voor dit appartement!

Le logement proposé est vraiment parfait pour deux. La propreté et la qualité est incroyable, ce fut un séjour très agréable et confortable. L'hôte est très prévenant avec des indications claires, très réactif aux demandes et très chaleureux. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour sur Madrid, le logement est à proximité de beaucoup de visites, restaurants, bars, facilement accessibles à pieds. C'est une belle découverte !

el apartamento nuevo y muy limpio, muy amplio y cómodo, perfecto para dos adultos y un niño, con dos baños, que es también muy práctico, la cocina muy bien equipada, el barrio muy tranquilo, al lado una buena cafetería para desayunar, hasta el centro llegas perfectamente con el tren de la estación del Getafe, son 15-20 min, nos encantó todo, venimos en Semana Santa y lo hemos pasado muy bien!

Definitely recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for a couple or three people. Restaurants, bars, attractions were all walkable. Marie was great as well. Super friendly and always very responsive. You should stay here.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Sergio est un hôte réactif, ou la communication passe très bien. Le logement est idéalement situé au coeur de Madrid (quartier de la Latina), le top pour sortir le soir, proche de tout commerces, tout faire à pieds et à quelques mètres d'une Station de Métro. Nous étions 4 adultes 4 enfants, seul petit point négatif le canapé lit dans le salon ne permet pas 2 couchages. Mais Sergio fourni un matela gonflable 1 personne. Effectivement un peu bruyant la nuit en weekend mais comme tout appartements en plein centre donc il faut s'apadpter a la vie nocturne Madrilène. Ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous. On garde cette adresse dans nos favoris pour un éventuel futur voyage à Madrid 👍🏼🇪🇸 Encore Merci Sergio 🙏🏼

La estancia fue genial,fui con la familia para estar un par de días en la Warner Bros y decidimos por este alojamiento,se veía en el anuncio fantástico y así fue. Todo impecable y muy acogedor,no ha faltado un detalle,el anfitrión en todo momento muy atento y servicial. Seguro que volveremos,100% recomendable.

Apartamento céntrico y bien situado, vas andando a todos partes, cerca de todo lo que tienes que ver en Madrid, bien decorado, y sobre todo muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy profesional, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar y dar todo tipo de facilidades, la comunicación ha sido impecable, muchas recomendaciones de cosas para hacer. Sandra responde siempre pronto a las preguntas y María ayuda para lo que se necesita. El apartamento es cómo descrito. El metro está a 10 minutos. Hay un Carrefour a 5 mns para ls compras y la "Boulangerie" que hace un pan muy bueno.
