Very nice house, well-equipped, well-designed spaces. Overall we had a nice stay

We stayed 3 days in this beautiful cottage, as a family with friends (4 adults, 4 children). We had a great time in Avignon. The cottage has been renovated very recently. The house is very well equipped. The exterior is a great play area for children (and adults) and we were able to enjoy the superb view and the calm of the place from the terrace during the day and in the evening. On the outdoor activity side, Isabelle was very good advice, and there are even walks in the forest possible from the accommodation. Thank you Isabelle (and your husband!) for your hospitality, exchanges, availability, tips on where to go. We'll be happy to go back!

Listing as pictured and described. Recent, beautiful individual double rooms all with shower room and TV. Large living space at the dining/kitchen level, ideal for family gatherings. Bright, well heated. Beautiful outdoor terrace ideal for summer. Close to villages with shops and many walks and visits to do around.

What a wonderful stay with stunning views! We really enjoyed our stay, then owners were hands-on and such lovely people!! The house was very clean, everything it has all the items you need. The shower room is such a dream! Views are spectacular ✨️ so nice and quiet you can relax 😌 it really is a dream! Everything works and again to say the owners are just fantastic! I would recommend this place without a doubt! Thank you to the owners!

Christian's place is as described. The house is very nice and well-equipped. The garden is very friendly and not overlooked. The check-in went smoothly. We spent two very pleasant days there with our 4 children.

Serge and Virginia are very warm hosts. Their villa is very spacious with all the necessary equipment. The cleanliness was perfect. The view from the terrace is stunning. I would recommend the place without a second thought!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Jennifer's home and her family. This beautiful villa is perfect for a stay with children. In addition to the pool and other garden games, the accommodation contains absolutely all the equipment needed for young children, including a multitude of books and toys , which delighted our eldest! The accommodation is located in a pretty little rural village, both close to the Loire, but also to all amenities. Jennifer and François are very friendly, welcoming and responsive, as well as the cat who kept us company during our stay. In summary, we can only warmly recommend this place!

Thanks to Camille and Michael for lending us their home. We even find Airbnb's basics here: a caring welcome, the availability of a family home, and a quality exchange throughout the messages. There was just a little time left for us to have a drink together. So we feel really welcomed and welcome and it's very comfortable. The house itself is even bigger than the photos seem to show, it is filled with everything necessary for a great time (perfect and huge kitchen with its large friendly table, games for adults and children, excellent bd-theque and many mangas, countless toys...) and of course a totally landscaped exterior for children: zip line, castle hut and very large pool!! Thank you very much it was a very nice time with the children and the nephews and despite your previous unscrupulous guest you were able to offer us very nice hospitality.

The house is fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for as a large family group. Activities and space for all to enjoy around the home. Great views and centrally located. Annonay was a great place to spend time in. Would definitely stay again.

A heavenly garden without any neighbors, with a superb swimming pool and different places to eat, rest, play... An ideal house for the summer period because its asset is really the outside. Nevertheless, the interior is spacious, charming, well arranged and very clean. Ideal for two families with children/teenagers. By car, 15 minutes from the Safari de Peaugres which is a beautiful outing and 5 minutes from Annonay and its many shops. A great place that we keep safe!

We had a great time at Sam's house, very well equipped, spacious and in a quiet environment. We took advantage of the swimming pool and outdoor amenities, barbecue, plancha... Everything was together to enjoy this week of relaxing with your family with little ones

Virginia's house is beautiful and very well equipped: very spacious, stove, equipped kitchen, several outdoor lounge areas that allow you to fully enjoy the large garden, a games room and outdoor toys (trampoline, maisonette) and a large pool. Virginie is a welcoming, responsive and very friendly host. Vocance is a charming village, small plus the bakery is a few minutes walk from house.

We had a great two-week stay with the family, with our 3 teenagers! Thanks to Sylvie, for accepting our 2 big dogs who were the happiest in the world in this large walled garden! The house is clean and well equipped! The pool (we were there during the heatwave) and the (beautiful) view were very nice! Nearby, there are a lot of hikes to do, for visits, I recommend: the corboeuf ravines, the Lignon walkway, the sources of the Loire, the Lac de Bouchet, the Lac d 'Issarlès, the Puy-en-Velay lights, the Chibotte trail and of course: the canoeing on the Loire!! Do not hesitate to visit this beautiful area, it's definitely worth it!!! 😉

The accommodation is cozy and nicely decorated. We regret the absence of a sitting area in the living room, 2 narrow windows that let in little light and heat (in the inter-season it is a little cool but probably very good in the heatwave). For kitchen accessories, beware of the single hotplate that heats up too much. In the upstairs bedroom, low ceiling and protruding beam, watch your head when you get up, and only one bedside table. The garden is very pleasant and well-equipped with furniture including a very comfortable hammock! Catherine and Denis are very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful house with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Pool and hot tub a hit with the kids. Baby bed and highchair much appreciated. Centrally located near the village and all amenities, but still quiet, serene and felt like we were in the countryside.

Really enjoyable stay. Eating the fresh veg and eggs from the garden each day was a highlight. Fabulous walks either straight from the house or within a 20 minute drive. Different every day for 14 days. Damien and Audrey were extremely generous with their home. We had a lovely family holiday.
