Alfonso is an excellent host, he took care of my stay from start to finish. Regarding the apartment, it is very spacious, perfect for 4 people and without problems 5. The kitchen and the apartment in general are very modern, clean, simple and welcoming. The bathroom, which is an aspect to consider when renting, is a 10/10, no problem. I recommend it 100%. Pucon is small, so you are about a 3-5 minute drive from the condominium to downtown. For reference, we stayed 6 nights and it was very cozy, there were 5 of us. Don't worry about the few reviews, I recommend it 100%

The place is 100% recommended, the apartment has everything you need to rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super nice, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to downtown Pucón. For his part, Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, gives you very clear directions from the first moment, excellent communication. I would definitely stay there when I return to Pucón... Recommended without a doubt.

An amazing place, with comfortable facilities and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, making the stay even more comfortable for the family and children. The environment is wonderful, ideal for resting and enjoying. In addition, Marianela was always attentive to our questions, providing excellent service. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Great stay in Eric’s apartment. Great location and very clean. Our only complaint is that the heater in the room with the bunk bed was very poor and did not seem to heat the room and it could get very cold, especially at night. The bathroom was also always cold with no way to warm it up. Other than that, we had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the town.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.

The stay was excellent. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and as described, everything is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The area is super quiet, ideal for resting, and it also has very good security, which made me feel very safe throughout the stay. The gym is complete and in very good condition, perfect for training without leaving the place. There is also a very entertaining and well-maintained play area. Overall, everything was as expected, or even better. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

Since we arrived they welcomed us very well, the apartment was clean and very orenado is spacious and comfortable. Its location allows you to move downtown and get to know the city on foot. Thanks to the host Jessi who was always attentive to any needs

Sandra's house is located in a condominium very close to the center of Pucon, and also has beautiful green area, swimming pool and games for children. I highlight the cleanliness of the house. Everything was working in pristine condition.

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

Cozy house, very well located in a nice condominium, some details on arrival and initial usability (nothing serious), but the important thing is that we always had a very quick response from the hosts Andrea and Cristian in everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed it a lot. If it had an air conditioner or a roof outside on the terrace, it would be a tremendous plus, since in the afternoons it is somewhat hot (but nothing unbearable), but we generally went out or used the condominium pool. It's a great place if you want something quiet, comfortable and without noise.
