Great place, friendly hosts and very responsive. It is central and easily accessible to locomotion, supermarkets and downtown. Very comfortable and quiet, it has everything you need to host.

The place is 100% recommended, the apartment has everything you need to rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super nice, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to downtown Pucón. For his part, Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, gives you very clear directions from the first moment, excellent communication. I would definitely stay there when I return to Pucón... Recommended without a doubt.

Ingrid welcomed us, showed us the apartment and answered all our questions. She always responded quickly. There were 2 of us for a week in March. For that date the pool is not heated, but it is very well maintained. The openings have excellent sound insulation, with everything closed you couldn't hear the street (there's a school across the street). Parking is covered and close to the entrance gate. The location is good, you can walk to the center in a short time. There is a fee for the washing machine in the complex. There was a small tender in the apartment. There was no coffee maker, no cloth filter. There was nothing to make coffee, as there usually is in accommodations. Guests leave leftover food, oil, or spices, which can be helpful. Unfortunately, there were no non-stick pots for cooking, all with Teflon (and scratched as expected in a temporary rental) Very nice apartment, small but they have set it up well, comfortable ✨️

We had a week and everything was impeccable, Francisca's directions were very clear and the communication was fluid for the fair and necessary (the respect of the space in that sense is appreciated).. the apartment is spacious as the photos and the location is excellent. Totally recommended for rest and recreation steps to the coast/lake.. an option if or if to leave inside the ones for the future.

Cozy apartment, on the first floor with a pleasant terrace and garden, which makes it very pleasant even if it is not on the first row with respect to the lake. A few minutes walk to Pucón and with a pier for those who enjoy water sports

Very comfortable apartment for a family of 6, I brought my pillows, which is something we always do. It has a small terrace with partial lake view, the facilities are top notch. Don't forget to bring detergent and 500 coins for laundry in the -1 laundry room, washing costs $2,000 and drying another $2,000 more, the only thing that is involved is a dryer or towel hanger for washing the terrace. We enjoyed the lake and pool to the fullest. We recommend the place 100%.

We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

The place is very conveniently located, it is a quiet and beautiful place to rest. It's a very small studio apartment, for one person or a maximum of 2. The host Jano always responded very quickly and resolved my issues. Everything was clean and equipped.
