Highly recommended place for a stay, a quiet condominium, with appropriate spaces for children. It is relatively close to downtown Pucón, we walked there more than once in the afternoons with two children. The apartment has all the amenities described by the host, clean and very functional. The person who received us was very friendly and clear with the rules of the stay.

The place is 100% recommended, the apartment has everything you need to rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super nice, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to downtown Pucón. For his part, Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, gives you very clear directions from the first moment, excellent communication. I would definitely stay there when I return to Pucón... Recommended without a doubt.

The place was as it was in the photos! Super clean pool, nice environment, surrounded by nature. The house is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy pleasant days. Nancy is a loving person, warm, kind, attentive. I recommend it anyway. I would definitely come back.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

The house is great for a family vacation. Commodities to the fullest with everything you need to enjoy. Paula is always attentive and clear with her directions. Mrs. Sonia and don Carlos are very kind and attentive. We felt right at home. Recommended, we will be back!!!!

Very nice house, located in a very quiet area. The only thing is that it is not close to the lake and downtown. To buy things we preferred to do it online in the supermarkets because of the distance. Very good internet connection, ideal for teleworking. The patio is very nice and comfortable, we liked that they had blankets for pets. Having air conditioning is also appreciated for the colder days.

The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

It is located in a quite quiet and comfortable area, close to the center but without the chaos of the tacos you take with at this time of the year in Pucón. We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Highly recommended accommodation. The apartment has everything you need. Pamela always responded very quickly to messages and needs. We requested an extra heater and half an hour later they brought it to us. The only thing that could be improved is that the guard constantly asked us which apartment we were going to, even though we had arrived more than 5 days ago.

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.
