The place was as it was in the photos! Super clean pool, nice environment, surrounded by nature. The house is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy pleasant days. Nancy is a loving person, warm, kind, attentive. I recommend it anyway. I would definitely come back.

Excellent host always attentive to everything, the cabin is conveniently located with the possibility of accessing a beautiful beach. Excellent heating, it had two air conditioners plus a fireplace and a bag of firewood as a gift. Super recommended place

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped. The best thing is the location close to the beach and downtown, we hardly used the car. Loreto is always available to answer any questions.

Very well-equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. It met all our needs (family of 4). On the other hand, Felipe was very attentive to answering our questions at all times.

We had a week and everything was impeccable, Francisca's directions were very clear and the communication was fluid for the fair and necessary (the respect of the space in that sense is appreciated).. the apartment is spacious as the photos and the location is excellent. Totally recommended for rest and recreation steps to the coast/lake.. an option if or if to leave inside the ones for the future.

We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

Very nice apartment, clean, as shown in the photos, we felt very good during our stay, Edith was very proactive and clear in providing the information to check in. I'm sure we'll be back

Excellent apartment. Everything impeccable, sheets, towels, artifacts, all top quality slab. Very quiet environment, two steps from the lake, very safe and nice to go with children. Lucas the host is very concerned, very kind. A 10. We'll be back anyway!

Wonderful accommodation. I highlight the kindness, worries and friendliness of Juan José, without a doubt an excellent host, of all my trips, the best host I have known so far, responds quickly and clearly all questions. The apartment is very nice, like, spacious, surrounded by a fantastic environment, ideal for going with the family and relaxing, I recommend it 1000%, when I travel back to Pucón I would love to stay in this apartment again. I want to thank Gonzalo for his hospitality. In addition to your willingness and direct communication to answer questions and concerns at any time. He was always present and even lent us his kayak and talking Bose..! The place is amazing..! It happened.. my 4 kids enjoyed it at 100..! It met all our expectations and for sure next year we will return to this same place. Very grateful also from Juan, who received us and explained in detail every concern of the house and its surroundings. Thank you for everything..

One more year in a simply spectacular house in Pilar, a wonderful place, direct access to the lake, the house has all the comforts to feel at home and Pilar is an excellent host, very attentive if we required anything. We were two families and the rooms well prepared for everyone. Totally recommended.

The house is well located, comfortable, clean and in a privileged setting for its beauty and proximity to the main attractions of the area.

We had a rich week at Barbara's house, a quiet place, with a beautiful park. With two beaches nearby, almost on the patio of the house, one of them practically private. The condo is very close to Licanray , but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. The comfortable and spacious house, cozy...was what we were looking for to rest and take advantage of the lake.

Our stay at Matías's house was exceptional, standing out for its warmth and the comforts offered. Surrounded by nature, the house had essential appliances, including a dishwasher, that facilitated our rest. Caregiver support, assisting with tasks such as garbage removal and wood supply, significantly improved our experience. The house was clean at all times. The quincho, ideal for asados, became our favorite place to get together. We respect and take care of the property as our own, grateful for Matías's trust. We hope to return for a longer stay, eager to repeat this wonderful experience.

The house is spectacular and the host Diego is very available. It helped me with a battery problem I had with the rented car!!! The 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms held our group of 8 well. The structure for barbecue and use of the balcony is wonderful. We spent some very nice nights there. The children also enjoyed the elastic bed and the free space. The combination location + lack of wifi is a problem. Although the Airbnb map indicates that the house is near Pucon, it is much closer to Villarrica. This surprised us on arrival and, without internet and no cellphone signal in the house (we have Claro and Tim cell phone), we had a lot of difficulty to change the plans of the tours and adapt to the unforeseen events. Also due to the location, it is very difficult for an Uber to accept a race there. We highly recommend that you rent a car already in Temuco. The structure of the house is excellent (with the exception of wifi!!!), with a full kitchen and large living room. It was very worth it.

Very nice house, with all the comforts one might need. Quiet and beautiful place, ideal for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city, a wonderful view of the volcano. Communication with Bernardita was excellent at all times. We will definitely come back another time
