The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

Chalet du Glacier is situated in the centre of Chamonix with all the restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The main ski shuttle-bus station, accessing all the ski domains, is only 200 metres away. There is a large open-plan living area with a fully equiped kitchen, log burner and stunning views of the Mont Blanc from the panoramic windows. For your comfort, the 3 bedrooms each have their own private shower rooms. There is free parking on the property.

La Grangette in Simon Vacation cottage

La Grangette à Simon, is a unique place, in the middle of a 4-hectare rural property off the roads, although easy to access, at the end of a private road, at an altitude of 1000 m in the Beaufortain massif. 13-seater cottage for holidays , summer or winter, family or group, it is located on a south slope, surrounded by nature. Bathroom linen is not included in the rental price. However, we can provide this for an additional 9 euros per person.

Modern 68 m² ground-floor apartment in a detached chalet, sleeping up to 6 in a quiet location. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living/dining area, smart TV, fibre-optic internet, and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The spacious east-facing entrance offers stunning views of the Mont Blanc Massif, including the Aiguille du Midi and Les Drus. Outside, a small private deck with table and chairs opens to an unfenced garden.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. This apartment is part of a small residence of 12 apartments, which has the privilege of being only 40 M from the new BISANNE 1500 CABLE CAR, the tourist office, the ESF, the kindergarten and the shops and restaurants. After parking your car in a private covered garage, and storing your skis in a locker at your disposal, you access the apartment by elevator.
