Beautiful fully restored house at the foot of the Loire levee, close to the old port, in a beautiful environment, very quiet. Garden not overlooked, bordered by a hedge. The house has an unfenced garden. As this is our primary residence, we ask that you strictly respect the premises and our personal property. In addition, bed and bath linens are not provided.

Welcome to L'Échappée d'Azay, We welcome you to a lovely cozy tuffeau stone house, in the heart of the village of Azay-Le-Rideau.  Located 600 m walk from the Château and local shops (restaurants, butcher, cheese maker, supermarket, wine cellar...), it is the ideal starting point for visiting the Châteaux de la Loire and the cellars of the region.  No less than seven castles are nearby (Langeais, Villandry, Chinon, Rigny Ussé…).

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

We will be happy to welcome you to the studio we took care to arrange, so that you have a pleasant stay. You will have a terrace and private secure parking. This studio is located on our grounds, but is independent of our home. Our village is located on the Route des Châteaux de la Loire, a few km from the "Loire by bike" circuit. The nearest railway station is 2 km away.
