The Marchesa's Residence

The accommodation is simple, however, the friendliness of the town, views and uniqueness of staying in a castle were fabulous. Ludmila was a friendly and helpful host and we had a lovely comfortable stay. We recommend highly.

Very nice and nice accommodation with a fantastic host! Giulia's directions were worth gold to find the place. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Suvaro is a very nice and quiet little place, perfect for relaxing. Giulia's Airbnb guide for the area was very helpful too! Can really recommend the place!

Casa Shalva Toscana The no1 coolest vacation place

NathalieRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We spent a few days in Marta Amos's place and everything went very well, he explained to us where the place was, a little "hidden" so to speak but his explanations were very clear to find the place. Once there it was in a very quiet area, with a beautiful view❣️. It had all the equipment you could need. The only thing I could note is be careful if you are a large person, my spouse who is 1.97 m had to slightly duck to get through the front door and the shower was a little tight. But it's a good place if you want to come visit the Cinque Terre or the nearby towns. I highly recommend Marta Amos' place 👍👌

Ca' dei Checchi

VaiteaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
typical accommodation and village of the Ligurian hinterland. one watchword: tranquility. The directions for accessing the accommodation were very clear. Far enough back to avoid the tumult of the city but not too far from Pisa, the 5 lands, La Spezia or even Florence. Thank you Francesca for this pleasant stay.

Alternative holidays in an ancient village of VdV

MargitRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We were received very friendly and extremely helpful right from the start. Mario and his wife are very hospitable and we were very pleased with the regional delicacies that we found on the table as a welcome. The cottage is small but nice, very nice and furnished with Italian charm. We felt very comfortable, the view from the terrace was wonderful. The only thing that was difficult was that we had imagined the apartment to be larger based on the photos. The living room was completely filled by the pulled-out couch, which we needed as a bed, and could not serve as a living room. We assumed that the large terrace was included as living space and so everything turned out a little smaller than we imagined. The cottage is ideal for a family of four but not so suitable for individuals or two couples. Also because the lower cabinet cannot be used as a wardrobe.

Land of Portovenere - The House above the Castle

MaryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

Stonehouse in olive grove with stunning sea view.

StéphaneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.
