Edvard's apartment was super nice and deserved all 5 stars, the view was terrific, the furnishings, new great bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea is via a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quietly located and the sunset is simply fantastic. We spent 4 days in Carla's quiet oasis. After turbulent days in touristy areas, their accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings impress above all with fantastic beaches, those looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (greatly equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh hand-picked berries and homemade cakes.

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful house! Very comfortable and very well-equipped. The terrace has become our living room! It's quiet and life! WoW! Grocery store 5 minutes' drive! 2 beaches that are a 15-minute walk away. Otherwise, many other beaches are close by car! We would highly recommend. Thank you Gloria who was very responsive and helpful with restaurant ideas. Ciao!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze) as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

Giulia and Lorenzo were wonderful and welcoming hosts. Whenever we had questions or needed advice, they were responsive and really friendly. The house was super clean and comfortable for a group holiday stay. We especially enjoyed sunny breakfasts outside on the terrace. Would recommend!

Fulvio and Piera were very helpful and welcoming. The house reflected the description, great location to reach the most beautiful beaches.

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We had a very nice time at Enrico's place! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We had almost everything we needed and felt comfortable during our stay. Recommendations for beaches, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. also helped us a lot. Particularly noteworthy is the communication with Enrico. We got quick responses to messages and he was very helpful and always friendly with all questions. We recommend the place to friends and family.

We booked the Villa Mirtilla for 3 weeks and immediately felt comfortable. The terrace with ocean views is the absolute highlight of the accommodation. There are two beaches within walking distance, which is especially nice with children. Paolo and his wife welcomed us very warmly and were always helpful and very friendly during our stay. We thank Paolo and his family and would be happy to come back.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

We immediately felt comfortable in Stefanos' apartment. Stefano is super nice, greeted us in a very friendly way, immediately answered our questions and gave tips. The apartment is very quiet in Villasimius, yet you can reach the town center in about 10 minutes. 1 small supermarket is around the corner, 2 larger ones within a 10-minute walk. 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern, all cooking utensils and sufficient towels are available. We quickly became familiar with the gas stove. The two bathrooms are great, everything works perfectly. Good mattresses! In front of the house a very cozy terrace with a shady olive tree, where you like to stay. The apartment is perfectly located to explore the many dream beaches of Villasimius and the wonderful surroundings. The perfect apartment for a perfect vacation. A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The veranda in particular is so lovely for sitting outside with food and drinks. Paolo was very responsive and gave clear instructions for entry. Highly recommend :)
