The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

Everything! everything is perfect, very clean and very well thought out! We were a family of 4 and a couple we had everything we wanted and even more: warm and super generous welcome! Very clean house! Very large and very well-equipped and airy house. Perfect bedding! Perfect location!!! 10 stars if that were possible! The owner is of absolute kindness and discretion! Paolo and Grazia were very proactive with their information. The apartment is really well furnished with an honesty shop for essentials and lots of equipment. The air-conditioning was great and the garden was so peaceful (with a very friendly cat). All in all this was a great place to stay. Sant'Agnello is a quieter resort but just 1 stop from Sorrento and a range of lovely restaurants within walking distance.

A beautiful place to stay with great views. The beds were very comfortable and it was very peaceful. It was great to have parking and it’s well placed for sight-seeing. Gennaro was really helpful with suggestions and responsive to messages and helping us out.

Loved loved our stay! Very walkable to Amalfi and convenient to the bus stop. We actually enjoyed staying in more than exploring the coast and felt like we had everything we needed a few steps away. The lemon grove and terrace were favorites for us. The view is unmatched and also has seaside access which is super convenient to other options on the Amalfi Coast. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive in helping us navigate our stay, brought home purchases from their shop so we didn’t have to carry it and so so kind, all the way around. Seriously cannot recommend enough!!! Our only drawback may be that the wifi is a bit slower which isn’t an issue if you do not need a lot for work purposes (which hopefully you don’t). Once we connected it worked for leisurely purposes though and had no issues on our phones.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

the villa was as described. keep in mind this is a mountain side villa that involves a lot of inclined walking. Ride share apps work, but can get a little pricey. A rental car would be good but the roads are narrow. The view from the villa is incredible. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center of Vico equence. there is also a beautiful hiking trail just up the road from the villa. The host was very helpful. Everything from ride share to restaurant reservations. Great response time. Overall the best rental experience.

Luigi and his family are fantastic hosts, incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. The property is so creatively designed and makes great use of upcycled furniture and tiles. Do make sure you get a small car though as the roads up to the villa are incredibly narrow.

Massimo is a wonderful host. Its obvious he enjoys welcoming guests. During our holiday, we kept asking for his advice and he was always on hand to help us. This made us feel very secure. On the practical side: When we arrived at the flat he had provided us with so many useful things like jams, bread, milk, olive oil, toilet roll, washing up stuff, shampoo and mosquito stuff. The only thing to note is that the flat is located in a Marina which is a slight distance from the 'town' of Vica Equense. There is a local bus that goes from the Marina but it's sometimes full. If any of your party have mobility problems then you need to consider that. We loved coming back to the peace of the Marina and its lovely restaurants.

Villa Giulia is a lovely place to stay on the Bay of Naples. The terrace looks out to Ischia, the perfect place for lounging, eating, sipping a sunset beverage. The three bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well appointed. The kitchen is equipped for basic meal prep. The hostess is gracious and friendly and left us wine and some essentials to welcome us. Convenient to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, even incredible Paestum. Town is just up the hill. One route is up a steep set of stone steps, could be a challenge for some. All in all, our group recommends Villa Giulia highly!

This was a great place for our group of 6. Very roomy, with beautiful views of the water. Salvatore is super helpful and communicative. The town of Forio is a quick scooter/car/taxi ride from the house and had everything we needed, including the Alilauro ferry to and from Napoli.

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

Pictures do not do justice to this incredible unit! The view is spectacular. The apartment is so beautiful, very spacious with so much outdoor space. We even had a friendly neighbourhood cat visit us on the patio one morning and my girls loved that. Would recommend without hesitation and I will hopefully return one day.

We had the most wonderful stay in Andrea’s home. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for our group of 9, the pool was dreamy. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms all had own bathroom, and the views + sunsets are beautiful!! Also a couple of restaurants are about 5 min walk from the house. We didn’t rent cars, it’s about a 15 minute walk to bus stop + grocery store and we used the bus system on the island which was good! We had the best time, 10/10 stay, would definitely come back - thanks Andrea!! :)

our stay at the villa was fantastic! the cows are breathtaking, it was quiet and such a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day. Mayra and Alessandra were right on top of things and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Mayra was super responsive to any requests and helped us get taxis and book experiences too. 10/10 recommend!

We booked this villa for the Easter and Easter Monday holidays, there were 12 of us, strategic location and breathtaking views. To be returned to with the opening of the pool. Antonio and Pasquale were very kind and helpful. A 5-star experience!

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

We needed a cottage last minute and came to this. Lovely place, cottage has everything you need. Pool is a big plus. And the location is very nice. 10 min to Pompei and 40 min Amalfi. Top!

My family and I stayed at the villa from 10/27 to 11/ 2. The weather was perfect and our hosts Pasquale and Marco were phenomenal. Upon our arrival they were there to greet us and provide a full tour of the villa. We had the donkeys take our luggage down which was a great help as it’s a bit of a walk to the villa from the road. Pasquale offered to have dinner prepared for us on the first night, which consisted of 4 or 5 courses including dessert and 1/2 bottle of wine per person. Dinner was out of this world and the cost was €70 each, well worth it! We made the walk down to Amalfi Porto on the second day and it took about 50 minutes. After that we decided to take the 20 minute walk to Scala Square and get the bus to Amalfi then ferry from there to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Naples, etc. We also opted for the “pizza night” on the last night and it was literally the best pizza we had in Italy. We had an amazing stay at the Villa and we highly recommend♥️🇮🇹♥️

Great house with a quick car connection to Pompeii and Naples. Angela was super kind and welcoming. We really appreciated her responsiveness and help!
