From Laura's Suite you can quickly get to all the most important sites in Naples. 20 meters away there is a tourist bus stop, and the property is less than 400 meters from the metro, ideal for getting around!

Being in the central area, those staying in the Neapolitan house can easily reach the most important areas of Naples on foot, i.e. the cathedral 400 meters away… San Gregorio Armeno 700 meters… there is Underground Naples 650 meters away… then there is Piazza Cavour line 2 at 800 meters, nearby bus stop plus taxi area, nearby where you are staying there are the various historic pizzerias Pizzeria da Michele, Pizzeria di Matteo, Pizzeria del Presidente, Pizzeria di Gino Sorbillo and finally there is the ancient Pizzeria Re Figlio, Pizza Fritta…

The house consists of: 3 double rooms with private bathroom, shared kitchen/living area, laundry room with washing machine available for guests, a 130-square-meter furnished patio with a masonry kitchen and direct access from the house and view of the rooftops of Naples, Vesuvius, and the Certosa di San Martino.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Entire apartment of about 66 square meters, independent, located on the street level of a two-story mini building. The apartment consists of a living room that also serves as a bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower equipped with all amenities. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including TV, internet, independent heating, and a hairdryer. The apartment is bright and equipped with double windows and therefore very quiet.
