Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Washing machine is not available in bungalows but there is a washing machine on request to be used for a fee. Due to several vandalisms, we are forced to ask for a deposit of € 250 on arrival.

From checking in to checking out, this place was a gem. the apartment itself was beautiful. the balcony overlooking the lake and the castle view was even better than the picture shown on the listing. bathroom was big and super clean and modern. kitchen was fully stocked with brand new modern appliances, ample cooking utensils, and huge fridge. dedicated parking spot. air conditioning in each room that kept it cool during the heat. 5 minutes walk to the town, 10 min walk to the "beach" and tons of restaurants and bars within close walking distance. supermarket a short drive away. Alexander was amazing upon check in and had great recommendations for restaurants as well as helpful throughout the whole stay. the apartment was close enough to the main road but far enough to be quiet and away from it as well. so much space for a family of five , never felt crowded and kids loved the spot as well. I highly recommend and can't thank the host enough for such an amazing stay.

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

It was beautiful at Kaja's. The apartment is very pretty and stylishly designed. Everything clean. There is a beautifully designed outdoor area (with light, flowers and a few herb pots), where you can also sit somewhat weather-protected or in the meadow and enjoy a wide view. We were received very nicely, in the kitchen there was even a bottle of wine and homemade raspberry jam to welcome us and we even got freshly harvested tomatoes in the garden as a gift. Kaja is a very likeable host, always available, very flexible, helpful and even when we unfortunately caused a little damage in the kitchen, she reacted very kindly. We enjoyed it very much, we would like to come back.
